Absolutely perfect hotel. Location is great you walk out to everything! The bed is the most comfortable. Room was spacious. Room service amazing! Best cocktails at the bar. The pool and grounds are lovely

The property was beautiful and loved the pool.
The staff was extremely accommodating.
Love the Vesper Martini in the bar.
My only complaint would be the bar was too quiet. No music was played that I remember. However, was not a big deal.

The corridors to the bedrooms were a bit drop and depressing, which was out of character with the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is a beautifully converted old building, stylishly decorated, very comfortable and with outdoor dining and a great pool. Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful, and went out there way to make our stay very special. It’s central location provided the perfect base for us to explore the city on foot, and to return to for some quiet downtime.

I don't give out a lot of 10's, but what a great hotel. Staff is outstanding. Champagne on ice when you walk in, super great infinity pool where you can chill while you wait for check in. Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast. Can't ask for a better location. We were responsible for TWO miscues and they were amazing about both. Many thanks for making our anniversary trip memorable. No doubt if we come back to Lisbon we will be staying here again.
