Location pretty good and bed comfortable. Rooms pretty spread out across a few buildings but so are alot in Lisbon city hotels
A 5 star hotel with cold showers and no offer of a discount from an expensive night, and a hint of them not believing us which was highly annoying. Also 2 salads at lunch took aver 45 minutes to arrive

Good location, nice team. The palace is amazing and very well refurbished BUT not a 5 stars hotel!
Small room, not well cared. Service not at level of 5 stars: nobody carry luggage, very slow service, nit very good organized.

Location was good and appreciated the outdoor spaces in the hotel.
Both of my party felt like the room smelt damp or this was coming through the AC but we only stayed for one night

Wonderful hotel in a great location within walking distance to wonderful shops and the terraces. Delicious food, great staff. We stayed here in November and came back again. Love the rooms with a view of the garden.

The hotel was beautiful with excellent facilities and in a great location.
The room was a little small and because of the flooring in the bathroom/wet room, there was a very strong musty smell. Food coming from the kitchen was not always hot.

Modern hotel in an ancient palace, incredible ceilings in the public rooms. The outdoor pool is awsome, allows for sports-style swimming. We loved the breakfast a la carte! And the restaurant. And the drinks in the garden. And and and. A perfect stay.
