The breakfast was exceptional, the staff friendly and the location excellent.
We initially had problems because the beds were not separated. We were given another room but the mattress protector was old and the elastic was had worn out and the duvet had absolutely no stuffing.

Cold buffet at breakfast would be better with just A La Carte for cooked. Need a kettle in the rooms for tea. Coffee machine not suitable for tea

The location is amazing, right in the city heart. However, it feels very tranquille and spacious. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are comfortable. Food is good!
Bit nitpicky, but the beds were very soft (too soft for my taste).

Non qualified front desk staff
The front desk staff during check in told me that I can use the pool bar for free as it is included in my room rate. During checkout, I was charged for more than 40 Euros and when I explained the situation to front desk Manager, he didn't listen to me and he was repeating it is a misunderstanding from my side..!!

Location, comfort, art works, natural light, shower, pillows in my deluxe bedroom. Courtyard area. Pool area.
One morning the pool area did not open as stated - still had a cleaning vacuum in the water.
Breakfast one morning had very poor service.
