Nice clean rooms. Clean building. Nice swimming pool and grounds. Good breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took a taxi from the cruise port to the hotel. A 2 mile trip. We were charged 60 euros for the trip. One of the staff members ran up the hill took a picture of the license plate and called the taxi company and got back most of our money. We really appreciated that.

Breakfast was quite nice…a wide selection of items, both carbs and proteins, and friendly service in a charming setting. Beds quite comfortable. Loved the ability to keep the windows open for fresh air. Location was perfect…easy to walk all over the Bairro Also and Príncipe Real from the resort. The on premises bar served a wide variety of drinks from noon on, with friendly service. Staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful.
I would have liked a gym on the property, and it would have been nice to have a nice thick carpet in the room for stretching on in the morning. A gym pass was offered, but at an extra Euros 20.

It has been one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel, was my first in Portugal, in a solo trip and everyone in the hotel made me feel very much welcome, the breakfast is amazing, the vibe is calm, chill and fun, you can make friends very easily including the staff which was lovely.
I genuinely think everything was awesome, I don't have any complains.

Absolutely perfect — friendly staff, fantastic location, and great amenities. The basic rooms are a bit cozy, but the inviting common spaces more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay in Lisbon: friendly staff, super location, comfortable room, breakfast until 12h, beautiful relax garden in the back with a pool. I can't ask for anything more.
I will certainly be back.

Breakfast was very good, a nice variety of foods and coffee or tea as you like it. The location is fantastic, just off a major thoroughfare, but tucked away, giving easy access to all that Lisbon has to offer. The staff is spectacular!
The room I had was a bit small, which was fine for me, but if you’re a traveler that needs a little more room to spread it might be challenging. I did not see other rooms, so I can’t say if this is the case for all of them.

I love this hotel, if you're reading this stop what you're doing and book it already! This was our second stay with them and has become the hotel we recommend to all our friends when they are travelling to Lisbon. I'm already trying to plan another trip to Lisbon and know exactly where I'll be booking. The staff right from the owner to the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The setting is very nice. We loved the back garden with the pool. It offers a relaxing area to chill. Super close to the bar and restaurant neighborhood. Breakfast was good.
Staff were great, we felt very welcome.
On our next trip to Lisboa, we will for sure stay here :)
