The Felix 10 is a small, charming hotel in Lisbon. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the middle of our honeymoon to Portugal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting with our luggage and showing us around. I believe there are only 12 or so rooms, so it is quite private and quiet. The dcor is fantastic and modern. They decorated our room with rose petals and candles for our honeymoon, and even gave complimentary wine, a tart and chocolates. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. It included a gym which we did not find in any other of our accommodations for Portugal.
We did not mind as we are avid walkers and know our way around public transport but researching your neighborhoods before coming to Lisbon is very important. For older couples or those that are not used to walking or hiking, Lisbon is a very hilly city with often cobbled, narrow sidewalks. The Felix is in a charming, quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of central Lisbon. You will have to walk, take a bus, or taxi/ Uber to get to many of the main attractions or nightlife in Lisbon as you are roughly midway between Centro and Belem.

Very nicely located. Cool place with very friendly and helpful stuff. The receptionist (Aye) even helped me to find a restaurant and booked a table for me. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful! We spoke with them every day for recommendations, assistance with making dinner reservations, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and our room was a good size and very comfortable. The patio courtyard was so peaceful and both times we ate lunch there, we were the only ones so it felt like our own private area!
The hotel is a little outside the main area so it's a bit of a walk. We ended up taking ubers to and from the downtown area which was fine because it was quick and super inexpensive!

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to make you feel accommodated and welcome, and are there to help out in every little detail. the room we were staying is superb, very cozy and accommodating.
Next time were in Lisbon well know where to stay!

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and very modern. Hotel has a very unique and special feel. Loved the common area and "garden" downstairs, as well as the rooftop terrace - fabulous to relax! Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern appliances throughout. Also really enjoyed the little self-service bars right by each of the terraces, where you could get wine, beers, soft drinks, etc. Situated a very nice c. 20min walk away from Lisbon's main attractions, through some lovely local streets.
Nothing to complain about - everything was great! As mentioned in other reviews though, it should be noted that the hotel is not really suitable for people with limited mobility (situated on a hill, some stairs that need to me mastered inside although there is also a small elevator). Didn't pose any issue for me at all, but should be noted in case relevant for someone.

breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
A small refrigerator would enhance the practicality of the room since hotel was not close to any stores or restaurants. Also, there was no space to place your clothes. We did not like the bathtub in the Living room. A sofa would have been better.

We loved our stay here. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a nice view. The bathtub was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed the breakfast and rooftop lounge as well.
The property is on a substantial hill, and there are some steps required on every floor. Its not the most accessible for folks with mobility needs, unfortunately.

The rooms were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It must have been recently renovated, the bathroom was impeccable and the massive bed ideal for a good night sleep. We really appreciated the small touches and the friendliness of the staff. Finally, the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the river! We would definitely recommend!
The hotel is probably a bit far from the center (20 min walk) but very close to many places to eat/drink.
