The room was clean and cozy. The staff was welcoming and we appreciated the bag storage we used so we could tour around the city while waiting for our flight!

I liked the room layout and the location was great.
I was very disappointed because our shower was clogged and it didn?t drain properly. We had to shut off the water mid-shower so it didn?t overflow. We brought this to the hotel?s attention and they never fixed the issue when we there 4 days and 3 nights

We had a top floor apartment which afforded us a little more space. The AC was key as the weather was hot.
Just the sloped ceiling, I am a little over 6 ft, 185cm, and hit my head a few times until I got used to the space.

Convenient to train, restaurants, shops and other sites
Noise from neighbouring rooms was very noticeable, we could hear tv from one side and people talking on the other side and then upstairs walking around, going to bathroom etc. I dont think they were being excessively noisy but perhaps soundproofing could be improved. By the way, noise from the street was not noticeable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The 7 Hotel, Suites, Studios & Apartments for three nights in their Junior Suite, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. Just a short 5-minute walk away from everything I wanted to explore, it made my trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Whether I wanted to visit local attractions, dine at fantastic restaurants, or simply take a leisurely stroll, everything was right at my fingertips. The Junior Suite itself was a true haven of comfort. The room was well-appointed, spacious, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that I looked forward to returning to after a day of exploration. The staff at The 7 Hotel, Suites, Studios & Apartments were exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their genuine hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Overall, my stay at The 7 Hotel was an outstanding experience. The perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made my trip memorable and enjoyable. This hotel is a 4 minute walk from the Arco da Rua Augusta, 30 seconds to Rua Augusta with all the restaurants. Staff was professional and polite.
