Were assigned a room that was adjoined to another; broken rain shower ; only slightly warm water, no place to hang clothes or put suitcases. After raising concerns, we were pleased to get a comfortable room with everything in order for the next night. The buffet breakfast was quite good, espresso machine coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants…

Location was very convenient, in the center, 1min to metro. The room was in a good condition.
We was staying in the room 114 (its a back side of the building) and the next building have very laud air conditioning, the noise was horrible, I couldn't sleep. Told the staff, first they told that it should stop at evening, it was not. Then the second person told that it should stop at night, it didn't stopped. And in the morning when i informed that it was working whole night, the response was "but why you didn't call us at night?"... excuse me??? Is it a normal response? So in short, no one offered to chamge the room, so when booking be sure to not book rooms facing backyard. - breakfast was poor for the hotel of this level, no frash vegetables, no boiled eggs, one low quality orange juice, coffee was not from freshly grounded beans. Only plenty of baked sweets, which is not a healthy breakfast at all.

It was way overpriced and the room was so small. And it was really noisy by housekeeping. It sounded like a reconstruction in the morning early when they started to vacuumclean the room Nextdoor

The hotel was very close to the main street and have everything nearby. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean with everything you need in order to get a very nice experience.
