Wonderful
Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
Elevators not marked and I ended up taking the wrong one! Went up and down for a long time not finding the exit.

The staff is amazing from reception Juao Telma Marcos(sory if we dont pronounce right) welcome us so warm and frendly, thank you, the room is big and the shower is very good, all was very clean. The location is fantastic, few steps...from Placa Figueira and 1 min walk from Placa Rossio and Metro line, planty of restsurants nearby, the breakfest was very good. In overall it was a wonderful stay.

The bed in 306 is uneven and sloped on one side (right if you are looking at the bed). It made for an uncomfortable sleeping. I felt like I was going to roll out of the bed to the floor.

This is an excellent hotel near Rossio square with staff functioning as a cooperative which creates a friendly and energetic atmosphere.
We stayed in room 414 where the bathroom was too small.

From the initial meeting with your outstanding receptionist, a clean, comfortable room with a very relaxing bed, a scrumptious breakfast with a wide selection of foods, nothing could have been better.
We did not like that we had to leave your wonderful hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay in. The facility was clean. It is in a great location in regards to waking proximity to other areas and food close to shops and restaurants. The staff is amazing. They were very friendly, informative, and helpful in many ways. I dealt with lily and Joao mostly and they were great!

We had a great 4-night stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, best location, excellent breakfast and above all attentive and super friendly staff!

The service given to us by Hugo, Marcos, Iris and all the remaining staff was exceptional. They go out of their way to attend to you with anything and everything you need. No hesitation in assisting us. We stayed in room 304 with a great view of the city. The room is very spacious and super clean. The breakfast is great with a big variety of choices. The most important for us is that it has an elevator. Don't let the entrance to this hotel fool you. The entrance is through a shoe store, but once inside, is very cozy, clean and comfortable. I can say, the TV should have a better selection of channel such as Netflix or YouTube, not that I had the time to watch it, but to see it or hear it while getting ready for bed. Excellent location. Very close to everything.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has a good variety, the sweet options were the highlights (The Pudim was delicious). The hotel is very clean, located in the heart of Lisbon, close to everything.
