The staff was amazing. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is super clean.
We have a stay with 2little kids, the family room was exactly as described on the site, spacious enough with very comfortable beds

Many great things but simply all the Staff were helpful, very welcoming and AWESOME. I've never been treated so well! Location (in the center of everything), fantastic rooms, superior breakfast, reasonable bar and all in a great retro setting. I will return as we loved it here.

It was roomy, comfortable, safe, and clean. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and with many European choices. The staff was excellent; everything they did was done beyond expectations and with a smile.

Loved the location, close to the basic tourist places that are a must the first time you visit Lisbon, and the underground is next to the hotel, you can get to the airport in 30 minutes. Very comfy beds, nice staff, a complete breakfast, loved the detail with the recycling mind bin in the room, ..., it was a very nice trip.

This hotel, more like Bed & Breakfast place, is very conveniently located in the city center. Both the bed and breakfast were very good!
The entrance to this hotel (like a B&B) common to shoe stores on the ground floor. The check-in counter on 3rd floor (just a simple desk) in located in the open room where the breakfast is served.
We wanted the room at a higher floor (6th floor) because of the street noise but the elevator goes up to 5th floor so you needed to take stairs after 5th floor, so we stayed on the noisy 3rd floor.

The location was amazing, it was a walking distance to most of the good areas, and the staff were all very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area! The breakfast was good and the room and bathroom was in a perfect size and they were very comfortable!
The shower pressure wasn't working properly on the hot and cold water!
