The location, service, and breakfast were excellent! The hotel is located next to the famous elevator, the ferry, and Praça do Comércio. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, helpful, and polite. The breakfast was rich and delicious!

Central location was perfect for first time visitors to Lisbon with limited time in the city. Breakfast was a treat!

The staff were outstanding! Always smiling, spent significant time providing directions, suggesting restaurants, helping every guest meet their needs. Breakfast offered an international buffet consisting of food grown on the shiadu owned farm.
The building was spotless, mostly quiet, the cleaning staff were efficient.
The hotel we stayed at was located centrally in downtown. We walked in all directions, took the tram, buses. So easy.

Everyone and everything. Staff was friendly, lovely breakfast spread and room was nice to hang out for a bit.
No complaints- just make sure to get the room that you booked. I got good service after I clarified the room/bed I had chosen and paid for.

So clean. Location couldn't be better. Shower pressure and water temperature were great. I was able to have breakfast early on days I had early tours. Fantastic to have fruit, hot drinks and small snacks available anytime in the generously sized breakfast area. A lovely place to stay.

From the initial meeting with your outstanding receptionist, a clean, comfortable room with a very relaxing bed, a scrumptious breakfast with a wide selection of foods, nothing could have been better.
We did not like that we had to leave your wonderful hotel.

Very unique location, very cool. Easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and it came included with the cost of the room. Very impressed!

Heating of the room was not working properly and door was too thin (you could hear when people were passing your room from the corridore.
