Wonderful
Great location! You can get where you need to go quickly from here. I felt safe walking at night, especially because the hotel is secure. Breakfast was lovely and our room was very spacious. Staff were also very kind.
The only thing I didn't like here was the cleanliness of our room. House keeping did come once a day but I noticed they didn't vacumm our carpet at all except for the first night. The floors weren't very clean either and they left our door ajar after cleaning one day which was a bit disappointing.

The property is centrally located and accessible to all the happening places in the city center .
We were in the family room on the 5th floor . The main problem is having to use different 2 elevators to reach the 5th floor and almost waking through a maze to connect to the second elevator from the first one.secondly there is hardly any wardrobe space to store stuff for a family.

We came back after a week because our first stay was amazing but unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience.
Sadly, we were given an old, very remote room on a completely different side of the hotel. It was small, had no windows, a sofa bed, and looked nothing like the photos.
Getting there at night, through an old elevator and a remote part of the hotel, felt uncomfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of help when we actually needed it.
The shower had almost no water pressure, yet we were told everything was fine. When we asked the front desk for help, we were simply told there was nothing they could do.
The staff are friendly when everything is going well, but when we actually needed assistance, we felt completely unsupported. This room is not worth the price or suitable for three people. I’m sharing this so other guests know what to expect.

Overall, I had a good stay. I arrived around midnight, and the gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived.
Breakfast was fine overall, although I felt the selection was a bit limited. That said, the desserts were honestly excellent, very high quality and comparable to some of the best desserts I’ve had at 5 star hotels, so they definitely made up for the smaller breakfast selection.
The location is also very good and very central, which made getting around really convenient.
The only real issue I had was the noise from the room above. On the first night everything was fine, but on the second night I could clearly hear footsteps from upstairs and it became quite difficult to sleep. I really wish the rooms had carpets, as I think that could help a lot with reducing this kind of noise between floors.
I mentioned the issue to the same night-shift front desk gentleman, and he really went the extra mile. He actually went upstairs to check what was happening and politely asked the guests above if they could keep the noise down so I could sleep. I really appreciated the effort and the way he handled the situation.
Overall, despite the noise issue, I had a positive stay, mainly thanks to the great location, the excellent desserts, and especially the very kind and helpful night-shift staff.

The location is excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered everything needed for a pleasant start to the day. Even though the hotel is located next to a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet.
What made our stay even more enjoyable was the staff. João and Kéren were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile.
We would definitely stay here again.

All the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with some items not found anywhere else like tomato and zuchini jam. Everything was fresh and sourced from their own farm. The eggs were prepared to order and the best I found in any hotel. There were two A/Cs in the room!
I wish they had had a pool, but I knew that before reserving. It is an old building transformed into a guest house. That gave the rooms a special charm, but made it difficult to renovate to add a pool or a gym.

We had a gorgeous room that was like extra special fancy and spacious with beautiful antique furniture. I loved the high ceilings, art, and ornate ceiling and chandelier. The sheets were great and very smooth. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast spread had a large variety of stuff.

The location was great. The view from the windows we had was wonderful. The facilities are very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of fresh ingredients and variety. The fact that they're facility provides a coffee machine 24/7 was really great and unexpected. We would not hesitate in booking a room the next time we are in Lisbon.
There was no problem whatsoever with any aspect of this hotel. We stayed three nights and it went without any issues.
