The staff, all very friendly and the room.
The sound proof of the door leading to the corridor was poor, I woke up sometimes with people talking.

Very close could walk to terminal both 1 and 2 also a shuttle every 15 mins
I found it over priced. Most expensive room we stayed in after a full month in Portugal.

The location is fantastic! A 5 minute walk to Lisboa airport. Our room was a decent size for an airport hotel. We were welcomed enthusiastically by the staff. The bed was comfortable. And it’s terrific that the breakfast is open from 2:00 am.
The soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work. The buffet was meh.

Very convenient for connection flights as it’s walking distance from the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.
The room was a bit small, it would’ve been a issue if I was planning to stay in the city for some time.

The room was basic, but has everything that one needs to spend the night before an early morning flight.
We ordered toasted sandwiches - turkey and cheese - and they were under-toasted and very dry and bland. They used bland, sliced, commercial white bread. They give potato crisps and not hot fries.

Walking distance to the airport.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Front desk staff could use training on how to be friendly. I did not feel that I was welcome at this hotel.
The quality of the evening buffet was substandard. The fast food at the airport is significantly better than the hotel evening buffet.

Ricardo provided a friendly, efficient, and welcoming check-in. Dubal was (as always) a superior host.
I was given a room opposite the maids supply room which, in the morning after an international flight proved to be uncomfortably noisy.and I wasn't able to get that little extra time to sleep in a bit.
