We had a wonderful stay and one of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional service that truly made the experience memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was super convenient with an easy walk to the airport. The restaurant had a wide variety of food and was a great option. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The bathroom had a strange configuration that we didn't love and the shower leaked but we had everything we needed.

close to airport - can walk to terminal 1 in 5 minutes
airport shuttle too small. We were going to use it, to get to terminal 2, but the van was too small for the number of people.

The hotel staff loved our little dog. It was so cute. They took a picture together. They gave us some goodie bags and treats for the dogs. We also had the room with the large balcony which was super convenient for the dogs.

Nice friendly and informative staff
Poor quality sheets and no air conditioning, tiny shower. Very expensive for what you get but then all hotels are very overpriced in Lisbon.

Great breakfast; staff super helpful and friendly; three twin beds for me and my two daughters were clean, great mattresses, and set up for us before we arrived. Best part, you can easily walk to Terminal 1 at the Lisbon Airport in 5 min or less. Super convenient and quiet too

Location, location, location. Perfect spot to stay for those super early morning flights
The thermostats in the room are tricky to control. We like a cooler room and I couldn’t get the AC to work. Also, it’s very pricey for families of 4 as there are no reasonably priced options for a single room for a family of 4.

Overall stay from check in to check out was seamless. We stayed two years ago, but since then they have revamped and I think overall comments and suggestions noted from others have certainly been taken care of.
Still no milk for tea and coffee, which I suggested in my last stay. Also, our fridge did not get cold at all.

Excellent 3 min walk from terminal 1. East to find and felt safe walking back to airport in early am dark hours.
