Wonderful
Clean , comfortable and in the perfect location for an easy walking access to departures for our flight. We enjoyed the delicious buffet dinner, and especially loved the extensive salad bar. Breakfast the next morning was included and equally good. Also appreciated a complimentary drink on arrival, plus the gift of cookies and a mini bottle of port. Very nice touch.
The cost was a little more than we would usually pay, but considering the convenient location, great service and excellent food, it was worth it.

I had to call front desk and ask them to turn on the air conditioner.
Evening restaurant full buffet only.

Pleasant
Location was picked because of it proximity to the airport as well as a shuttle serve.
We found the room was a bit pricey as we had only needed the room til 2am. Also the air conditioning was not working. The buffet supplied was very good.

Very Good
Generous sized room. Very comfortable beds.
Quiet and peaceful after a flight arriving late at night and a very warm welcome and speedy check in.
Some milk in the fridge would be nice to go with the tea or coffee.

Wonderful
Breakfast was good and the dinner buffet while a little expensive was good as well. Being a few minutes walking distance from the airport was great as well. The room was enough for one night as we wait for transit.

Lovely staff, shuttle to the airport, even though it is just a 3 minute walk up the hill (great if you have a lot of luggage). Very comfortable and large beds. Clean and spacious room. All you need and more for a stay by the airport.
The bathroom was a bit weird, not in a separate room, but separated by a curtain. So you better be comfortable showering/using the toilet, in view of your roommate (not great for casual friends or work colleagues, for example).

An early breakfast is available for travellers with very early flights, which is extremely convenient. The hotel is also very close to the airport, making it a great option for an overnight stay before an early departure.

This hotel is very close to Lisbon Airport and I used it for a stopover of more than 11 hours. I was able to walk to and from the airport in less than five minutes. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
It's quite pricey for a 9 hour stay but it was worth it as I had a good night's sleep.

Wonderful
Location to airport, very early breakfast, clean.
Pillows so soft. Free shuttle.
There was a kettle in the room......the ONLY one I found in Portugal over 15 days. The water was in a carton and not plastic.
My bed had a hard spring right where I lay, but I slept okay.
