They went overboard to accommodate us during the blackout. They had a generator and the lights and air conditioning worked. We were able to get food when every place else was closed. They did it all under pressure and with a smile. Grateful to have had this accommodation

The desk person was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and we had two meals from the restaurant which were both good. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Shuttle to airport (although easy walk) was convenient.
