The actions of the personnel from the front desk. This is all.
I will describe what a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member observed and posted on Google. I can confirm that all of these observations are accurate.
From the very moment of check-in, I was disappointed. There was a live concert taking place in the lobby, which made it extremely difficult to have a conversation with the front desk staff.
Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong mold odor. Later, I discovered that the bathtub in the bathroom was cracked, the toilet seat was heavily worn, and the bathroom completely lacked an emergency alarm system in case of an accident.
The following day, I requested a room change, which was arranged on the same day. For this reason, I appreciated my interaction with the front desk staff, which was the only positive aspect of my stay.
The furniture in the rooms is extremely old and outdated. The breakfast quality is very poor. On Monday morning, the omelet was so watery that it resembled a soup. The coffee, whether served by the hotel staff or prepared using the automatic coffee machine, is equally poor. It tastes more like coffee-flavored tea than actual coffee.
It is evident that the property suffers from a lack of investment and renovation. At the same time, the front desk staff do their utmost to address and resolve guests' complaints, despite the hotel's many shortcomings.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to congratulate the entire Sheraton Lisboa team! From reception and valet parking to housekeeping, everything was excellent. The room was spotless, the service was warm and professional, and the food was absolutely amazing!
The location is also fantastic, especially with the Banksy Museum just behind the hotel — such a great experience and so convenient.
A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Sheraton Lisboa!

Perfect for a short stay with children. Great base in a quieter area. Live music was great, our son loved the daily popcorn. Clean, spacious and bright room.
Pool area needs some parasols for shade as there is no shade at all.

It was the first time I had ever seen a 5-star hotel where the mini-bar was completely empty. There was absolutely nothing in it. Save for the two complimentary bottles of water and the port wine.
