The spa and pool is resort quality complete with pool bar service and snack options. The hotel breakfast has every option including Mimosas. In the evenings we enjoyed the music in the lounge and you must try their panna cotte - so lovely!

1. Our room was quite comfortable. On the day after we checked-in, we were moved into a suite because the hotel indicated that some urgent repairs had to be carried out. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Apart from a very large bathroom, it also had an ensuite toilet attached to the living room. The housekeeping staff were kind enough to supply as many (complimentary) drinking water bottles as we required in our room.
2. Buffet breakfast was very good.
3. The hotel is conveniently located. A shopping mall is just across the road and restaurants within walkable distance. No problems in Uber taxi connectivity.
1. Snacks and drinks served in the lounge could be improved, particularly in terms of variety. The lounge itself is housed in the lobby which compromises its ambience and exclusivity.

Good location.
We requested an accessible room. The walk in shower floor was like a skating rink..not truly handicap friendly! Also, brunch was pricey for what you received.

All the staff are exceptional, from the reception and concierge to housekeeping and breakfast services. They graciously allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out and even lent us umbrellas. The hotel has improved significantly, now featuring a spacious reception hall, bar, and breakfast room. The breakfast is even better. The views are absolutely stunning.

Super friendly staff.
All the staff I had contact with were very Very charming and warm.
The entire Spa area is extremely outdated and in need of much repairs.
Also had 4 pillows. And all were exactly the same and quite flat. At least one former pillow would be a big plus.
