In a great location with many restaurants, shops and sites around. It is located directly next to the Sao Vicente monastery. The apartment had pretty much everything you need.
It is located on a very steep driveway so going up and down the approximately 100 feet/33 meter elevation could be challenging for some people.

This apartment is probably one of the most incredible places I have found via booking.com. Right next to the São Vicente church, located in a courtyard, it is well-designed, on two floors, and has everything you need, including fantastic views from all the windows, and a lime tree in front of the door. The host was helpful, and the whole experience was a great start to the trip in Portugal. Just sit in one of the sofas in the living room, with all the windows open and sip some nice wine while viewing the river.

A peaceful home in the beautiful Old Town. Walking distance to historical sights. Very close to Tram 28 stop, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket with baked delights and fresh food. Wonderful market close by on Tu/Sat. Beautiful views over the ocean. Next to magnificent church. Very large and beautiful home. The location and facilities were superb. Excellent communication with the owner. I will return. Book it now, you will LOVE it!

Comfortable bed and quiet even though quite central. Very friendly helpful owner, with recommendations on where to eat. Appreciated coffee, tea, laundry supplies.

The place is comfortable with plenty of space and near a nice square with bakeries, a mini mart, and restaurants. It was near a flea market on two days. The tv had Netflix ! The hosts were available by phone.
We are almost 80, so having to go down two steep driveways to get to a taxi was inconvenient. There are two staircases but the first one did not have a railing. The claw foot tub was too high for my husband.

Location is fantastic, easy parking nearby. Excellent restaurants and cafes all within easy walk.
Property is at the top of a hill that is really not accessible by car as there are some sharp turns so expect to carry what you bring up the hill!
