Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good-sized room. Comfortable bed. Great location with easy access to many shops, restaurants and the metro. In the heart of beautiful and old area of Alfama. -
Could have had more amenities in the room. I asked for an electric kettle which was promptly supplied. Much appreciated. But rooms could have a kettle and tea next to the coffee amenities and water.

1. Reception & breakfast room staff are excellent. Very service oriented and helpful. 2. Breakfast was sumptuous. 3. Hotel upkeep is great. 4. The pickup from the airport was great! 5. The recommendation of Amadeus Tours was great. The driver Alex was excellent and worth every penny we spent to visit Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascias. 6. Though we didn’t eat at the restaurant across from the hotel, it was filled both nights for dinner which makes us think it is a great place to dine. Overall an excellent 2 night stay at the hotel.
1. Rooms are considerably small. The wall between the bedroom and the entrance make it feel smaller. 2. Whoever cleans the room doesn’t clean it well. 3. Location without PIN preventing Ubers coming to the entrance would have been better.

This was an unbelievable hotel! Recommended more for couples or individuals - but we had to leave our rental due to it being disgusting and we stumbled upon this hotel! Pedro helped us with our 4 children late that night and we were so grateful!!!! The next morning the concierge was so nice and she made an art packet for our toddler and recommended her sister hotel for the pool for the kids but we were leaving to fly home. The rooms were airy, the showers were clean and the bathrobes were dreamy! Great breakfast included! Absolutely a 10!!!!

Breakfast was exceptional. Main dish for your choice + all regular stuff. All stuff people were super nice. The location can be a plus or a minus. It's in a cool different vibe of neighborhood, but getting there involves a bunch of stairs.
I didn't like the bathroom. It was open to the rest of the room, which isn't really nice if you are staying with a friend. I did look at the pictures before and didn't see it. Should be written in my opinion.

The welcoming staff and amenities made our wedding stay one to remember. Daniel and the others welcomed us in and made our stay amazing. The breakfast was incredible as well
