The hotel is clean, well located for exploring the Alfama area and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good breakfast options.
The showers and tap got lukewarm at best. The staff contacted maintenance twice about this and unfortunately it is a problem they can’t fix. We didn’t get told the reason, boiler capacity maybe? It wasn’t the coldest shower ever but it wasn’t the lovely warm showering experience we had hoped for! The staff did go out of their way to compensate us for this but given that we weren’t told it was a temporary issue, or even a fixable issue it would deter us from staying again. It’s a shame because otherwise it would have been a firm favourite for future stays in the area.

Very comfortable, large beds (amazing soft pillows!) exceptionally clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice touches like free mini bar and cakes/biscuits in reception.
Not really a dislike but it would have been nice to have a bar we could have a drink in before going out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good-sized room. Comfortable bed. Great location with easy access to many shops, restaurants and the metro. In the heart of beautiful and old area of Alfama. -
Could have had more amenities in the room. I asked for an electric kettle which was promptly supplied. Much appreciated. But rooms could have a kettle and tea next to the coffee amenities and water.

The room was beautiful. The service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Being Located in the Alfama district was an experience to remember even though the hills were a challenge. We were within walking distance to the centre of Lisbon with its bars and restaurants.

The room was so spacious and everything was extremely clean. Loved the walk in shower and separate toilet for a bit of privacy. The staff were all lovely and helpful at every instance. Samantha from the breakfast was especially lovely and always up for chats. If we are ever in Lisbon again we will definitely be staying with Vincci.

Accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is on the edge of the city center, so it was still farther than we wanted to be. However, there is a tram stop nearby.
The hotel cannot be reached by car or taxi. It's not pleasant with a large suitcase on wheels. The room has central air conditioning, but there's noise from outside. There are also many small lights in the room. We like darkness, which also disturbed us.
