Wonderful staff. Breakfast and restaurant (had dinner one night there) was excellent. The Alfama neighborhood is very interesting and unique and we enjoyed that as well. You should know that it is a very hilly area. We are in our seventies and didnt mind that especially given that Lisbon is a city of hills. However if you have serious mobility issues you should be aware of this.

This is a small boutique hotel well located in a quiet part of the Alfama district. Don't expect a lot of amenities. You'll get a nice comfortable room, very nice breakfast (it was not operating as a restaurant in the evenings), and very helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to get by foot to the places/sites we wanted to visit. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby. Also a large flea market frequented by locals. The famous #28 tram passes close by. The room and bed were a decent size. Toilet separate from the shower.

We stayed for 3 nights, Sraff were very attentive and polite, they went above and behond to make your stay comfortable,The hotel is so stylish and elegant, The bed was so comfy, everything you needed was in the bedroom and bathroom, lovely homemade treats left in the room, Breakfast was excellent, a great choice of cold and cooked breakfast, delicious home baked pastrie, breads and the home made granola was fab, I would rate this hotel a 5 star and I would highly recommend this hotel,

Truly exceptional in all ways. The staff was friendly, accommodating and spoke English well. The location was in the Aflama and walking distance from many of the fun sights. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was superb - nutritious, plentiful and yummy. The facility was quiet and very clean. Highly recommended!

It was in a quiet part of the Alfama.
The room was small and I think it was too expensive. We splurged for my husbands 60th and it didnt feel like a fancy hotel. In fact we stayed at a lot of different hotels in Portugal for a fraction of the price and they were better.

Helpful staff.
Can be a bit noisy from outside but its not th problem of the hotel.
Waiting times because of limited staff (which is understandable if e.g, four rooms arrive at the same time).
