Reception staff so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our luggage before we checked in and we were upgraded and given our room early which was so kind. We were also given a map of the city. Room lovely and modern and spotlessly clean and we were left a couple of cakes which were delicious. Bed very comfortable and big.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. As in a previous review a kettle would be a nice added addition in the room, however we did ask and were given one to use.

The service, the location and everything was included
Only thing is that it is a bit difficult to reach by car, but the tram is very close
