Everything was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. The room was lovely, the location was convenient, and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
The shower was not very convenient when staying with a child. There is little privacy, nowhere to hang a towel inside, and when you step out, you are directly in the middle of the room.

Great location for exploring Alfama. Very comfortable room & bed, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very quiet.
