The staff we very friendly. Nice outdoor area and help yourself coffee all day.
Tiny bathroom. The noise from above and next door extremely loud. The floor was uneven and very badly renovated. The bed was hard. Breakfast was cold. The location is a long way from the tourist spots

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully modernized and comfortable. The rooms were a little on the small side and the little room safe was not functioning. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s very close to the metro station, and many of the main attractions are within easy walking distance. ​The hotel itself is beautiful and offers plenty of facilities and options for guests. We stayed in a Suite, which was impressively spacious. It featured a large balcony; however, keep in mind that the balcony faces the inner courtyard. Since we visited in March, it didn't get any sun, making it too chilly to actually use. In the shade, it was simply too cold to sit outside, so the balcony didn't add much value to our stay during this season.
Unfortunately, we could hear the neighbors during the night, which was a bit disruptive. Breakfast: The selection was very limited and quite repetitive. There wasn't much variety from day to day.

Location, staff and the gym were amazing! Specially appreciated the gym had proper equipment.
Curtains were not darkening so it was a bit tough to sleep until a bit later. We had no way or making the room fully dark. The room didn't have a mini fridge but that's ok.

Central hotel near the subway line. Really good breakfast, with a 24/7 drink machine. Well equipped gym. I was the only using it when I was there, so I did some peaceful trainings. The team was really nice and helped me through my stay. I recommend this hotel.
The shower might be a little small, but it wasn't an issue.

We stayed at Hotel M’Ar de Ar Auria twice, once at the start of our trip and once at the end of our trip. We were very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer including the breakfast and the room. The staff were incredibly nice and made us feel very welcomed. When I return to Lisbon, I plan on staying at this hotel.

Pretty new room.
Our personal data got leaked to third party and we got spam messages via Whatsapp (with exact check in check out date). Hotel said that all of their customers got the spam messages. This show how lack of data protection this hotel has. So think twice before booking this hotel!!!

Loved the cleanliness of the property & room (with a balcony). Very quaint exterior and interior. Unlimited coffee bar, juice bar, popcorn machine, and a cake/pastry at reception all free and included with your stay. Continental breakfast was amazing each morning with a selection of pastries, cereal and fruit. I loved the gym and how modern the equipment is. My first time in Lisbon and I would highly recommend for 4-5 nights being a university student wanting to explore a new city with a friend.
Nothing a huge deal. Room was a bit chilly at night as the wall vent did not properly work, but the nice warm weather compensated for that.

Very small room with queen size bed washroom size is 2.5*3 feet only very bad experience and they charge too much it cost must be not more than 20 euros per night Breakfast really bad and very limited It's total waste of money. Lift is very small for two persons only
