- Lack of any facilities - no fridge, no microwave, even no electric kettle, tea, or coffee bags. I don't even remember the last time I saw a room with so poor facilities. For this price, it's just ridiculous. Dear hotel owners - buy a fridge and a kettle in every room, and your reviews will be much better. - The hotel is pretty far from any tourist destinations. - The room is too small, and even in the restroom, I had to sit diagonally - there is a shower on one side and a cabinet on the other side.

I paid for an executive room- These rooms face the street which I wasn´t aware. I could hear cars passing by all night. I didn´t sleep at all the first nights, even with earplugs you could hear the noise. Very uncomfortable. Mattress wasn´t great either.
Room very noisy. I don´t recommend booking for the rooms facing the street. Even when you open the window for ventilation, you could smell all the smoke from the cars. No pleasant at all.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Excellent service and a very cozy small hotel. The room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay: good quality linen, tastefully decorated interior, comfortable bed for sleeping. Coffee, tea and fruit in the recreation area were free and at any time. The service at the reception was high quality, very welcoming and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The balcony, size of the room, and it was a very quiet facility. Very clean. The staff super friendly, from the moment I walked in, helped me check in early, recommended places for me to see in Lisbon. Also it is very close to city centre 15minutes or less and same with airport!! Great value for money, very safe place as well!!

We were staying here when the big blackout of Portugal and Spain hit. The staff was really nice, very professional and attentive of guests' concerns. We were walking around the city the whole day, and upon arrival, they had prepared water, fruits and cakes for the guests (all grocery stores and restaurants were closed due to the power outage). The beautiful outside patio was a blessing to spend the last hours of light relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Location is great, easy to reach from the train station or the airport, plenty of public transport options to get to every iconic place in Lisbon. Breakfast offers everything, for different tastes.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, loved every bit of it. A lot of options also for vegetarians. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The only flaw was the sound isolation. A lot of noise coming from the street outside. We got up at 7 a.m. every morning and it didn’t bother us, but if you want to sleep a little bit longer then maybe it could bother you.
