Great location, convenient, quiet, safe, clean, great staff, great shower (important to me), spacious room.
Driver showed up at 6:31 for a requested 6:30 DEPARTURE due to passport control delays at the airport. Driver was not very personable.

Very Good
It is very charming, almost hidden in the historic centre of Lisbon. It is so close to the castle and has a beautiful look out point moments away where you can catch the sunset with some live music. Lots of opportunities to listen to fado and absorb Portuguese culture. Super easy to get around with the 28 tram, uber or tuk tuks nearby. The staff were so lovely, the food was amazing and the massage incredible! A perfect getaway!

Very expensive €433 a night and then trying to charge €16 for a small jug of milk and 3 teabags!
