Super friendly and informative staff…. Check-in, bar, restaurant.. were all professional courteous and full of good ideas for our 3 day stay. Was a perfect girls weekend. Everyone made us feel welcome and like old friends! Definitely return for a vaca… with hubby next time.

Located in the heart of Alfama although not on a main street so quieter than you might expect. Free private parking available although limited number of spaces. Great staff. Really enjoyed our drinks and dinner in the bar and restaurant.
Navigating the narrows streets to the hotel is tricky, as you need to complete with taxis, tuk-tuks, buses and delivery lorries. It's not for the faint hearted!

We were greeted warmly by Bruno, who was v helpful with places to go and eat. Parking was free, and the location was great as in the middle of the old town but v quiet too. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend!

Beautiful location, and very unique energy about the place! The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly, and really made our stay that much more enjoyable.
The room could have been a little more spacious, and there water temperature made showering tricky! Aside from that, it was lovely.
