Breakfast was great! Good options and service.
Location was great, room was as very nice. I drove here from the airport and I could not find the hotel using Waze. Called the front desk and they helped me get there and even waited on from the street to guide me in the middle of the night. Above and beyond.

Beautiful location, and very unique energy about the place! The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly, and really made our stay that much more enjoyable.
The room could have been a little more spacious, and there water temperature made showering tricky! Aside from that, it was lovely.

Everything! The history, ambiance, coziness, intimacy, decor, food, cocktails…all wonderful.
The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, personable — They made the experience count.
Nothing negative to share, although the next time, we will book a larger room with a tub and bidet.

It was absolutely beautiful. The decor was gorgeous. The view from the window was a picture perfect postcard of Lisbon. It’s a truly special hotel. The staff were amazing too. There is no better place to stay and experience the beauty of Alfama.
There is nothing not to like about this property.

We were so happy to stay at this jewel of a boutique hotel! We splurged since it was our 25th anniversary trip and were so glad to stay in the Alfama for our Lisbon leg of our trip.
Super friendly and knowledgeable concierge staff welcomed us and stored our luggage while we ate breakfast outside at the hotel's restaurant, Audrey's. We had an early arrival, so we walked up to the castle before our room was ready. They gave us a map of Lisbon & explained the highlights of each neighborhood.
Had a drink at their fabulous bar, amazing.
Our room had beautiful views and was very comfortable. Literally didn't want to leave. We loved coming back to our hotel each evening after touring and also loved walking the neighborhood around the hotel.
Each space of the hotel was beautiful & uniquely designed. Excellent staff all around.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were at a special place. The staff was incredibly kind, courteous, helpful and respectful. The building is beautiful, the location was wonderful, and the accommodations were so comfortable. We will definitely recommend, and hope to return.

A historic building renovated in a most successful way. Kept the charm but with modern amenities.
They give out vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar, but it is quite obscure what exactly the vouchers get you and from which menu. At first sounds as any drink is free, but then turns out not to be so.

The staff communication and assistance was top notch. Our flight was delayed getting in and they arranged our transfer from the airport very late and greeted us at the door with smiles. The breakfast was the best of our entire two week trip and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend the Turkish Eggs for breakfast. Our room was dreamy, with a window opening to the sunrise. The bed and linens were luxurious; we slept like babies. The architecture, design, and furnishings were gorgeous. Every morning we had detox water available in the lobby and in the evenings, a drink in the plush bar after walking around town. The location was central and it was an easy walk to the castle. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was hands down the best. They made the whole stay extraordinary.
I can't think of anything. The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful.
