The location was great right on tram 28 stop.

The breakfast was incredibly delicious with so many options. The service throughout our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was dark and quiet and beds so comfortable. Such beautiful and charming hotel.
We didn't mind the climb to get to the hotel, but some travelers should know that it is at the top of a hill coming from the city center.

Hotel was in an amazing location. In a gorgeous neighborhood and on a quiet street but right next to a popular viewpoint of the whole city and very close and walkable to the center of the city and tourist area. Room was spacious and very clean and gorgeous with lovely views. Shower was large, everything we needed was in the room. Hotel doors are locked at night for extra safety. Upon arrival the reception gave us an amazing map with walking routes and recommendations for eating, shopping, sites that were all fantastic. While doing so they transported our bags to our room so our bags were already in the room when we went up. They had turndown service, cleaning whenever we were out of the room. Just a perfect stay. We split our visit with another hotel and this one was far far better and if returning i would only stay here.

Room was clean on arrival and kept clean.
Shower was good.
Complementary water available to guests in foyer.
Sulfurous, eggy smell in our hotel room on arrival and throughout stay.
Lots of signs of wear about the hotel.
Cobwebs in the lampshades.
Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.
Was not offered an umbrella by staff despite considerable rain.

Good location, great staff, super clean and comfortable and a really comfortable bed. Very quiet room- you hear no noise at all. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I loved how the ingredients were such good quality, lots of amazing healthy options and we ate outside in such an atmospheric, pretty location. We were even served coffee with a key design in the milk for my husband and a heart for me. The key to my heart! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and gave us lots of ideas of places to see and go to and helped with restaurant reservations. Great location, a walk to lots of stunning landmarks.

Everything! It is beautiful, exceptionally clean, the staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. I cant wait to go back. The location is also incredible, right in the middle of the most historic part of Lisbon.

We received a free Upgrade. City Center in walking distance. Very good breakfast. Silent rooms. View to river Tejo. Silent air condition.
