Exceptional
Located in the heart of Alfama although not on a main street so quieter than you might expect. Free private parking available although limited number of spaces. Great staff. Really enjoyed our drinks and dinner in the bar and restaurant.
Navigating the narrows streets to the hotel is tricky, as you need to complete with taxis, tuk-tuks, buses and delivery lorries. It's not for the faint hearted!

We were greeted warmly by Bruno, who was v helpful with places to go and eat. Parking was free, and the location was great as in the middle of the old town but v quiet too. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend!

Breakfast was great! Good options and service.
Location was great, room was as very nice. I drove here from the airport and I could not find the hotel using Waze. Called the front desk and they helped me get there and even waited on from the street to guide me in the middle of the night. Above and beyond.

The room could have been a little more spacious, and there water temperature made showering tricky! Aside from that, it was lovely.

From our check-in to meeting Rita, having a short tour of the hotel, our perfect room, the view, the location, and every interaction with all the staff members we felt very much at home and extremely welcomed and comfortable.
There was nothing negative about our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond all expectations and made our stay one that was memorable and one we will always cherish. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.
