Great location close to a row of coffee shops and eateries, 5 steps away frpm san sebastiano Metro, safe location, great breakfast and even has a spa sauna and roof top pool.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and the rooftop pool was great for cooling down after a days sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
It was a little far from the centre of Lisbon but right opposite a metro station so that wasn’t really a major issue.

Location and bartender very nice and helpful
No AC in room assigned. Had to switch to a smaller room where AC could not be adjusted and was cold. After a day of sightseeing, came back and keys did not work. Staff not friendly and a lot of student interns who were inexperienced to assist with issues. Hotel did not offer a credit or refund

Lovely property with friendly staff. Metro really close to the hotel and in a great and easy access from the city. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean and quiet. Loved my stay here and would most definitely come again.
Our room was quite dark as the window faced the inner courtyard and I didn’t have a problem with the view but because the room was big and the window small it didn’t let in a lot of natural light. But we only stayed a couple of nights so I didn’t find this too much of an issue! :)

The bartender is very nice, great customer service.
Had to change room as AC was not working and the room given was much smaller. In the replaced room the AC was18 degrees C and could not adjust temp. Came back to hotel later in day and our keys did not work in new room. Staff stated they were not responsible and they were not face of company. Too many interns who did not know anything. No manager on duty to discuss issues. Other guests had similar issues. I would have expected a refund to be offered for inconvenience. None was given

Nice property in good location close to transport, El Corte Ingles etc. The property has a nice roof top pool. Staff were nice and very helpful.
The air conditioning system needs an overhaul. The staff were very helpful and swapped our rooms (2) to where the air conditioning was working and we could spend our 2 nights in peace and a good night’s rest. The property has huge potential and needs an overall refurbishment.
