It was a decent hotel, staff were very polite and helpful
It is no fans in the bathroom, so if you take a hot shower, all the room gets moist and very humid. Then everything around feels humid: duvet, clothes etc

The neighborhood is lovely. The hotel is not.
The air conditioning in the first room didn't work. The temperature reached 40 degrees during the night. The wall thermostat did not work despite getting up many times to adjust the room temperature. The staff refused to personally investigate. They kept telling me that they would tinker with the system from the front desk. After much frustration and a call to the night manager, I got a replacement room. The new room was a meat locker. And, I could not turn off the system. Completely Bizarre! I now have a nasty head cold. The hotel has mechanical issues and does not acknowledge their issues. There are several alternative hotels in the immediate area.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, the metro, and other facilities. Although the swimming pool is small, it’s a great addition, especially on warmer days. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Clean room, swimming pool availability, excellent location. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent.
There was no shampoo and conditioner provided and the coffee pods were available only for one day and not for the rest of the stay.

Our room needed some TLC to many things. Our bathroom door handle was broken, the shelf in the bath, cracked tiles placed back together and old decor. An upgrade to modernise the room. I also told the hotel in advance that I would be spending my birthday there, and got nothing back. No birthday message, no gesture, nothing. Slightly disappointing.

The Location suited us well, we wanted a pool as it is so hot in summer. We always stay a little further out of the CBD as a pool was a must and a Metro station - the station was directly outside the hotel. There was also a small 7/11 type store only metres away, there was also a large shopping centre 5 minutes walk away where you can purchase your sim cards etc. 5 x train stops to the city centre, not easy to purchase train tickets as NO English translations anywhere. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel.Overall a very good place to stay.
Rooms are small but you only sleep there!

The pool was heated and was excellent temperature. People did hoard the loungers. Sauna was excellent. Train was very close to the location. Great restaurants within walking distance.
No bar located by the pool but if you put your order in they would bring drinks/lunch for you. The caesar salad that I ordered was not good. Seemed they poured on the dressing and added a few croutons.
