Close to the metro and buses to get into the centre, breakfast options were good and staff really friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I would say which was a slight negative was that there were no mirrors in the bedrooms so you had to blow-dry your hair and put make up on in the hallway and the lighting was pretty poor. It didn't stop us enjoying the hotel just an observation that might be looked at.

Lovely room with big comfortable bed. Good location, shops and restaurants nearby and a metro station just a few minutes walk away. Great little rooftop pool, which was perfect after a day of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
You are given tea/coffee/water in the room but only on the first night. After that, you have to buy it.

It was very central, spotlessly clean and right opposite the Metro stop . There were lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by , incredible designer shops and a big shopping mall full of designer brands. The bedroom was a four star standard, extremely comfortable and cleaned daily . Excellent breakfast and choice of hot or cold foods, pastries , cereals , fresh fruit etc . It had a luxurious feel and the pool was such a bonus. We stayed on the eighth floor and after a hot day we relaxed and swam in the pool . You can order food and drinks there too . We were definitely impressed by this hotel and would return again.
The hotel decor was elaborate and extravagant-it was designed to be luxurious. There was a small bar by reception and we went out for drinks.

Reception were very helpful. Lisbon metro is cheap and really handy. Lisbon has a good safe feel. Breakfast was excellent.

Helpful staff, swimming pool, gluten free breakfast options, large rooms (studio).
Old hardware and doors (bathroom door didn’t lock), really tight parking entrance - only a super super small car could fit, some spaces in the hotel do not smell very nice.
