The food for breakfast is simple but it is enough for us.
No kettle provided in room - so I can' make hot water.
No coffee provided - We stay in 6 nights and only provide 4 welcome coffee capsule.

We had a great stay! The breakfast exceeded our expectations – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. Having a coffee machine and minibar in the room was a convenient touch.
The room itself was simple but clean and the bed was comfortable, which is what really matters. Overall, excellent value for money.
It’s a bit far from the city center, but if you don’t mind using Uber or taking a walk, the location is totally manageable. The area wasn’t too crowded, and there was a handy mini-market nearby.
The street was noisy during night. Next time I would ask a room bot facing the busy street

The hotel was very clean, and had a subway access across the road.
Mall and shopping within walking distance.
The hotel was dark wood and more suited for older travelers. My wife and I are in out 30's and two kids under 4, all were kind, however the fellow occupants seemed to think we were out of place.

Clean hotel room and friendly staff. Location was perfect for first time trip to Lisbon.
Hotel lounge area was the most funniest and entertaining bit of the hotel thanks to the bartender Antonio.
Aircon seemed to be unstable but bearable.
The breakfast room food and deserts were swarming with flies what was a bit off putting.

Room good size, clean and tidy.
Good location as we wanted to be slightly away from the main bust area but used the metro for getting back into the town
Tea and coffee only provided in the room on the first day.
Never experienced this before..Akso only one cup provided with two guests.

Location next to Sao Sebastiano metro station. Very confortabile, king size bed. The pool on the roof was very nice. The staff was very helpfull.
The breakfast could offer a more variaty of choices. We would have liked a coffee machine instad of filtered coffee. The plumming made a strange noise, if one of our neighbors started using the water during the night it dirsturbed us and woke us up.

Everything was clean, staff and facilities were excellent
Only very minor issues, the lighting in the rooms were quite poor, only 2 small wall mounted lights in the room i stayed in, the warm options for breakfast were poor quality and didn’t taste very nice, the other options for breakfast however were excellent

Excellent location opposite a Metro with local restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean rooms serviced daily. Great breakfast. Wonderful roof top pool for chilling around after visiting the sights, which was well maintained and clean. Would return.
Air Con was a little temperamental.
