- The room was very clean.
- We hardly ever had to wait for the elevator.
- Very good TV, well located and with a good selection of movies.
- Many restaurants in the area and a big shopping mall.
- A metro line and buses nearby.
- They let us make early check-in and stored our luggage at the last day.
- The window can only slightly open and there is no control over the AC / heating in the room (central control only).
- The heating started to work in the middle of the night, twice. I called reception and asked to close it and they closed it immediately, however it made me awake and it was hard to sleep again.
- There is no kettle, only a coffee machine which you can use to boil water to make tea (with a coffee aftertaste)
- You get tea and coffee pods for two days and then you have to purchase more. We stayed for 6 days, had to buy supplement and then the machine broke and used only some of what we bought (it was fixed in the evening).
- Not the fault of the hotel but the entire neighborhood: there is a very loud noise from the nearby airport, hard to sleep (if you like to get up late) and annoying to sit outside in restaurants in the evening.
- Relatively far from the city center and the neighborhood is not interesting.

Great staff and hotel management! The breakfast is delicious. It has spacious and clean rooms. It is situated in the quiet and select part of the center of Lisbon, near the Gulbenkian park.

Location was very good and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very nice with a wide range on offer.
Room clean and spacious.
No control over the heating which was difficult as opening the window meant the outside noise was loud due to the location close to the airport.
Whilst the person running the bar was excellent the offering was poor and the food limited to a low value toasted sandwich.

Location was great. Staff excellent so helpful nice breakfast.
Tight space to enter the en-suite would not be good for larger sized individuals
