The location was perfect The room was spacious and clean
Only 3 irons in the hotel in total and those 3 didn’t work appropriate We were on a business trip and it was very hard for us to iron our clothes with those poor quality irons

The location was conveniently located across from the train station
We were a large group and together we booked 6 rooms. Every room had an issue. My sister’s shower was backed up so she showered in 3 inches of water. Our friend’s blow dryer in the bathroom was broken. Three rooms had water so hot that the shower and sink could not be used. I burned my hand in the shower. I asked reception for help or to give me a new room. The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. The shower was repaired two days later. I asked for a refund for the two nights I could not shower as it was an extreme inconvenience, but the receptionist said that I needed to email the manager. I emailed the manger and never received a response.

No kettle in room,only coffee machine but not replenished when pods used. Safety deposit not working, reported and looked at by reception staff but never resolved

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, the metro, and other facilities. Although the swimming pool is small, it’s a great addition, especially on warmer days. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Comfortable and clean beds, excellent connection to the airport and quite good pool and sauna.
Breakfast was average with a very small selection of gluten free items. Plus the labels were incorrect two mornings out of four with incorrect information about gluten free but they double checked for me and verbally confirmed GF options. The room was a bit outdated and the noise from the street was a bit too much on the second floor.

Close to the metro and buses to get into the centre, breakfast options were good and staff really friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I would say which was a slight negative was that there were no mirrors in the bedrooms so you had to blow-dry your hair and put make up on in the hallway and the lighting was pretty poor. It didn't stop us enjoying the hotel just an observation that might be looked at.

Lovely room with big comfortable bed. Good location, shops and restaurants nearby and a metro station just a few minutes walk away. Great little rooftop pool, which was perfect after a day of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
You are given tea/coffee/water in the room but only on the first night. After that, you have to buy it.
