Very noisy. Airplanes flying over it every 5 minutes, the noise is very loud. Walls isolation is poor, you can hear everything that happens in room next door. Heating was not working.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good and so was the Bar and food.
The mattress was horrible, you sunk in approximately 4 inches. Also, the linens were worn thin and had holes.

The hotel staff were very nice from arrival to check out. The main shared areas (hotel lobby, bar) are updated modern. Breakfast was included in the stay and was a decent spread. They even gave us a free drink at the bar upon arrival.
If you like a scalding shower, you're in luck! I found the water temp and pressure very enjoyable. Also, most hotels I stayed at during my trip had smaller beds, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the beds here and they were quite comfortable.
The hotel is near enough to the airport that you can see planes flying in quite low (if you, like me, are into that sort of thing). Parking was free and the staff parked my car for me in the garage and also offered to bring it out to me on check out though I opted to get it myself. I really appreciated the upon arrival because it was late and I was tired.
Although the lobby areas have been updated, the rooms sadly have not. This is as advertised in the booking photos so this was not a surprise. The main thing that was difficult about that was the size/shape of the tub. It's curved close to the front and I almost fell.
The smell in the lobby is way too strong. Almost as though there is someone there wearing way too much cologne. That could be toned down significantly.

Being asked multiple times if we needed help with our bags to our room. A staffer also insisted on coming with us to our room to explain the hotel property amenities; it seemed like staff were just trying to get tips.
