Pleasant
The hotel features large, well furnished and very clean rooms. Two metro stations and a train station are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet features an abundant selection of warm and cold options. All staff appeared professional and cheerful.
Noise is a major issue. The hotel is located in the approach path of Lisbon airport, with planes flying overhead every few minutes. You can hear them even with the windows closed. With open windows, it’s extremely loud.
The ventilation system in the room is also exceptionally noisy (like an AC unit in a cheap motel) and seemed to have insufficient cooling.
The spa area is tiny: 1 jacuzzi and a tiny sauna were operational, while the steam room was out of order. No more than 4 people could realistically have used the spa at the same time. The gym had an ok selection of equipment, with some equipment also out of order.

Breakfast and F&B were the ONLY good thing about this hotel. They were faultless. Breakfast buffet was Excellent!
Front of house, diabolical. Staff not friendly, not competent unprofessional and unhelpful. Billing was inaccurate by 100%, overcharged for room and brushed off when queried, with staff not even accepting that they had double charged for the room. Finally resolved, but not even an apology.

Not clean! Toilet had a pubic hair. Bed had stains. Towels also with stains! Mold in bathroom. Not compliant with 4 stars standard!!!

Breakfast was wonderful. There was a huge selection of food items and the dining room was spacious and very pleasant.
The room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Great hotel, nice staff. There was a welcome dessert upon arrival. They allowed us to check out after 12. Cleaning was great. Nice bar, where nice Sander and Dora work.
Although the hotel positions breakfast with champagne, but twice it was not there and the nice lady Dora poured it at the bar. Also a little monotonous breakfast, not enough vegetables and fruits. No fish at all. In the spa one bath and one jacuzzi did not work. But it is still very cozy there.
