The hotel was super, clean and the staff was very very friendly and helpfull.
The Hotel prepairded a generous breakfast box due to us hacing to leave very early for the airport.
Awesome bar.
The parking was behind the hotel and at first difficult to fiind but once their it was very safe wellll lit under the building and closee to lifts taking you straight to your hotel room floor.

Disappointing
Check in and check out was very easy. The reception staff were amicable.
The rooms were filthy; stains on the carpet, warping and discoloration of the wood floor. There was also some mold/mildew like substance on the bedside table, and the seats were gross and covered in stains. Both of my rooms were on floor one for reference. I got a discount through booking.com so I wonder if they place guests who purchase cheaper rates on this floor.
In the first room I was placed in, there were two spiders in my bed. The first one was on a pillow and the second one crawled out from the headboard. They were baby spiders, but I still think that it was incredibly disgusting. I'm sure there had to be a couple more hiding in the room. I wish I had taken a picture of this but also behind the curtain of my window on the windowsill, there was a giant crumb of some kind of food. There was also mold/mildew in the grout of the tile in the bathroom. My bathroom did not look at all like it did in the pictures on the website. Everything just seemed old and dirty.
I called the front desk and a manager came up and took a picture of the spider that I had killed in the bed. She apologized profusely and they put me in a new room on the same floor. She also promised that I could go down to the lobby and get a drink at the bar as an additional way to placate me in the situation. Although the new room had a bigger bed, the room was still filthy. Stains everywhere, holes in the wall from a misaligned TV mounting.
The lobby is magnificent. It's gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. However I was disappointed when I went down to the bar to get my "free" drink and was told I didn't have any credit on my room after they called the managers to confirm. I felt embarrassed so I went ahead and paid. All in all a bad experience, especially after being at the Algarve Marriott Salgados Resort (go there if you're ever in the Algarve region!!!) for the week prior.

Staff were friendly and attentive. I had an issue with the room I was assigned, and they sorted it out quickly. Breakfast was fresh with lots of different options.
They also stored my bags as we arrived early so we could go down the road and have lunch until our room was ready!

We were not able to sleep. It's not well sound isolated. The people that were close to our room were fighting and screaming all night. They have bad customers.

This was the last stop on our honeymoon, and what an AMAZING way to end it. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was EXCELLENT - so much variety of every possible item. There was even an omelette bar, and I enjoyed soy yogurt with abundance of toppings. The room was great, good air circulation and it was nice that was could watch youtube. I used the gym and sauna and it was very relaxing and included with no additional cost. The beds were also very firm and comfortable. It's not in the middle of the city but I really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. I wish I stayed longer.

Staff was very helpful and even left me a welcome gift of pastries with a welcome note! I felt so appreciated. The room was nice and quiet, perfect for catching up on my sleep.
