Good breakfast front desk staff was excellent helpful especially the bellboy I forgot his name not sure if it was Luis
On the last day my son forgot his Timex watch on the bed he use it as a timer / alarm he sincerely place it on the extra bed where he sleep . And we were not able to recover.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
Water is priced higher than Coca-Cola at the restaurant, which was unexpected.
The behavior of the restaurant staff was not entirely seamless.
Amenities not as expected- No Swimming pool. May not be the best fit for families traveling with children.

A really gentle trainee wanted to do perfect and give me queen bed
Fortunately after 4 hours another gentle women proposed me a room with 2 single and then I had a room in 1 minute

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was super smooth. The beds were comfortable. There was an a restaurant and bar both connected to the hotel. We forgot our converter, and they offered us one to use while we stayed. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
If you are with older people, the step up to get into the shower could be a challenge.

I loved the spa area - it was so great to have the options to relax after seminaries.
The breakfast is great and the design is amazing.
Small input for the future, make sure there is more water next to the sauna,, people need to drink after sauna. The bottle was always empty despite the fact was not so busy.
And again regarding the water: in the room there were only 2 bottles the first day and after that no refill anymore and we stayed 5 days, that's a no go for a 4* hotel.
The coffee is a nightmare and it is a pity as I heard only good things about coffee in Portugal, couldn't confirm it..
I arrived earlier the day of the check in, around 10:00, waited in the lobby until 12 and then I asked the lady at the reception (Claudia) if I can check in already as I am feeling a bit dizzy (awake since 3 a.m, flight 4 hours), she said yes for 57€ (half day price) - I was shocked. Decided to sleep in the lobby until 12 and then Mario came and brought me to the room, without costs - Mario thank you so much for your help and kindness.
