The staff were suprisingly warm and helpful and did concern yhe guests comfortable very much . The hotel was really designed to make the best expereince of your stay . If somebody is looking for a fantastic stay stay at lisbon I suggest this hotel very much
We have the car but I think if somebody do not have any car it may be a little difficult to reach the hotel .

classy and modern hotel, located a few km from the historic center of Lisbon. Very warm welcome at the check-in desk (Juan), good and varied breakfast, spacious room equipped with everything you need.

Good location. Excellent staff and service.
We had dinner in the restaurant. Both of us had marinatedsalmon as a starter. First we received one but had ordeted two. So little on the plate that if you didnt have extra good glasses you would have believef thar the plates were emty. We are from Norway and are used to salmon dishes. At least we had a really good laugh after the waiter left our table. As main course we both ordered lamb shank, but received only one with the explenation that the kitchen just had one. The explenation was first given when we received the one lamp shank and asked why we didnt receive two. We werethen offered to get another dish free of charge, which came after some time. We didnt bother to order deserts as we didnt want more surprises. Naturally we found other restaurants for our other dinners during our stay ln Lisboa. Since we liked the rest of our stay with you we hope for better luck next time we stay with you and want to have dinner in your restaurant. Looking forward to hearing your comments. Spacious room, confortable bed and linen. Exception the pillow was not confortable at all, very strange consistence Nice welcome pastry, tea, coffee and water. We could not had breakfast because we had to leave very early but we received the box breakfast. The hotel very near by to Sete Rios bus station so very confortable to take the bus very early in the morning

Clean, nice , newer part of town. Bathtub was large. However, it is in a part of town that very far from tourist attractions. And far from good restaurant. We had to spend money for Uber instead of walking around. Breakfast was included but not authentic

Everything. I dont normally compare hotels from other countries to the US hotels because the standard is different but this hotel is at par to any 5 star US hotels. Highly recommended. Will stay here again when we return to Lisbon in the future.
