Wonderful
We stayed for 1 night after late arrival in Lisboa. The room itself is very comfortable, good clean bathroom, enough space for 2 ppl and their big luggage. The soundproof itself is a little bit weak, not dramatic. Breakfast has wide options, I love it. For the short stop we definitely come back

Staff are friendly and quick to help us. The breakfast was amazing, there's so much choice! Beds are very comfortable and big, and the common areas are nice.
Half of the spa wasn't working, and there's only a small jacuzzi. Prices on the bar are ridiculously expensive. For example: 1 pint of beer was 9 and a bottle of 750ml water was 7.50.

The staff are absolutely exceptional, reception was awesome. We traveled from New Zealand and everyone had great English, especially the staff at the reception, Reuben was the one who greeted us and helped with the check in, awesome manners and so helpful, lots of info about Lisboa. The hotel had everything, including access to a very well equipped and spacious gym, spa, sauna. The breakfast was superb, so much choice, very busy but always replenished. Room was cleaned everyday. Everything was handy and available and everyone did their best to secure a wonderful experience for our family. Highly recommend.

Is normally the place where I stay when I'm going to Lisbon. I love the location, the room comfort, the breakfast and the attention from the Personnel.
AIs not a negative review but need to call in attention that the park is a bit narrow. If you are going there with a SUV can be tricky.
