Everything clean , modern and well maintained.
They have a smoking area, but it’s smack inside the lobby area. As soon as you enter the smell of cigarettes and cigars is overwhelming. Even the staff were complaining.

Breakfast was amazing, as well as the service. As good as the other hotels nearby, but a bit cheaper. Air conditioning and WiFi work well.

Beautiful decor, live music, staff were so pleasant, friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has incredible food. Couldn't have had a better stay. Will definitely be back when we return to Lisbon.
The bathtub in my room was cracked (although it had been resealed) and the carpet had some stains.

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The gym is brilliant compared to hotel standards: well equipped with useful kit, good range of weights, kettlebells (up to 20kg) and spacious enough so that one can work with free weights or do bodyweight exercises on the floor. Spa is great: relatively small but it wasn't too busy so it was enough with sauna and proper steam. Had a fantastic, relaxing time!
Milk / milk options in the room fridge (or even just saches of powder) would be nice for the coffee. Heavier kettlebells maybe though that might be a very low demand thing.

We had dinner in the restaurant, staff was great and entertained our kids. The hotel is modern and has everything you need. Our 7 year olds loved the connecting rooms

From the moment of arrival the staff truly made it feel like a home away from home. They are very kind and hospitable. Something I’d expect from a five star property. I arrived early and thankfully my room was ready. Immediately went to the spa which I had all to myself. It was lush. The bar and restaurant are wonderful too. Especially liked the music themed cocktail menu as a music lover. Everything was very well executed. And I love the 12pm checkout. I’ll probably stay at this hotel every time I visit Lisbon.

Nice, spacious and comfortable hotel. Love the bath tub. Staff was nice to send me a plate of pastel de nata at arrival and a free drink at the bar.
