The room was very nice and modern, decent size The location is good, not the most central but still walkable Breakfast was ok but a bit too crowded Friendly staff
Very slow valet service (even though parking is not free), we had to leave our car on the sidewalk and watch it for 30 minutes (cause it was blocking the pedestrian path but there was nowhere else to park) before it was parked SPA is very small for such a huge hotel and not well maintained (the steam room had a leaking water faucet and the tables were dirty, the pool was not very clean either)

An absolute gem in Lisbon. This hotel was a wonderful surprise for my sister’s birthday, and it made the celebration truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. The spa is outstanding ,a true moment of relaxation and luxury, with a calm and beautifully refined atmosphere. What touched us the most is that the team prepared a lovely surprise for my sister’s 40th birthday, which made the celebration even more memorable for both of us. And the breakfast was truly top tier — high-quality products, generous choices, and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, the hotel delivers a true luxury experience, elegant yet warm and personal. Between the exceptional service, the facilities, and the thoughtful touches, our stay was unforgettable. A place I would recommend without hesitation. Pure happiness. ✨

We loved out time at PIC SANA Marquês. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect (we went for Christmas and we were a block away form the main Christmas market), the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. We went to the spa almost everyday when there was space, and we really enjoyed it. We had dinner at the restaurant twice (the pasta was really good!) and booked for a couple's massage (10/10). The room was very comfortable and the view was stunning!

The property is very nice and has great amenities. The room is like a smart room with everything being operated electronically. The heated pool, steam room, and sauna were great and the gym as well. I loved the room and was very comfortable!
There were no major things that I didn’t enjoy. The shower knob in my room didn’t work initially the first day and had to be repaired. But, the hotel sent a plumber to resolve. Minor hiccup!

The service at the hotel was outstanding, particularly during breakfast. Despite the breakfast room being quite busy there was still space for everyone, and no pressure to leave quickly. The buffet was constantly restocked and the waiters were very fast with coffee and other drinks.
The hotel is in one of the busy arteries of Lisboa. If the room is facing the avenue and on a lower floor you can hear some of the traffic noise. It is what it is, and nothing on which the hotel has agency.
