We loved out time at PIC SANA Marquês. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect (we went for Christmas and we were a block away form the main Christmas market), the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. We went to the spa almost everyday when there was space, and we really enjoyed it. We had dinner at the restaurant twice (the pasta was really good!) and booked for a couple's massage (10/10). The room was very comfortable and the view was stunning!

The property is very nice and has great amenities. The room is like a smart room with everything being operated electronically. The heated pool, steam room, and sauna were great and the gym as well. I loved the room and was very comfortable!
There were no major things that I didn’t enjoy. The shower knob in my room didn’t work initially the first day and had to be repaired. But, the hotel sent a plumber to resolve. Minor hiccup!

The service at the hotel was outstanding, particularly during breakfast. Despite the breakfast room being quite busy there was still space for everyone, and no pressure to leave quickly. The buffet was constantly restocked and the waiters were very fast with coffee and other drinks.
The hotel is in one of the busy arteries of Lisboa. If the room is facing the avenue and on a lower floor you can hear some of the traffic noise. It is what it is, and nothing on which the hotel has agency.

THE BREAKFAST AREA IS SO CROUDED AND SO BIG, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SERVICE, THE FOOD IS OK, BUT AGAIN, THE PLACE IS OVER CROUDED, NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO SERVE SO LARGE CROUD AND IT IS FAR TO FROM THE TABLE TO GO TO THE BUFFET. REALLY NOT A JOY
