Hotel room was lovely. Prosecco provided in our room in arrival for our anniversary. Breakfast was exceptional. Very clean throughout and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The rooftop view is impressive! Love the swimming pool. The personnel was very nice and attentive.
Breakfast: I missed some standard jams (cherry, strawberry, orange...). There were only two types, and one was with passion fruit seeds (quite unpleasant to eat). The pain au chocolate was quite dry. I would rethink the decoration in the breakfast room: it felt more like a canteen or a cruise ship (too big, too loud). Maybe add some flower arrangements, or make more cozy nooks. It felt big and unpersonal. The room was quite small for the price. I did not like the height of the bathtub: it was not easy to get in or out, and I'm quite athletic. Not sure how an elderly person would do.

Good quality hotel you would expect for price. Staff brilliant.
Location was good but long walk to old town. Depends what you are looking for but have also stayed in old town where hotels are older, tighter and clunky but close to history.

The room and views were amazing. Reception staff so friendly and professional… Little gift in the room was a lovely touch.. Rooftop pool exceptional and staff so friendly.. but.. the stand out for me was the spa.. best massage I have ever had.. and I’ve travelled ALOT .. chawisa was amazing!!! Worked absolute magic! All in all 5 ⭐️

Everything. It was me and one girl friend for a long weekend. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace so much. The spa was a lovely little extra to chill also. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic, and I didn't find a better cocktail in any other place in Lisbon than the hotel bar and that restaurant! The staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They will gladly help with ideas on where to go and what to do and just generally point you in the right direction. The rooms are beautiful, incredibly comfy beds, and exceptionally clean. The views were second to none. Especially from the infinity pool! We also used the transfer service to the hotel. Again, exceptional service.. went truly out their way. I am flying back as I enjoyed Lisbon enough, but the Hotel sold me, I can't lie. Breakfast is easily the nicest I've had on any European trip! Can't wait to stay again.
Not really a complaint but a suggestion for the less technology abled people. I struggled with no paper menu, particularly for room service, as it was just so complicated to order. QR code for the rest is OK.. but the room stressed me for quite a long time. The only complaint is the hair dryer! It's so dated and unusable. Holding the button the entire time with the amount of hair between us was genuinely painful!

Location is good, easily accessible both from the airport and to the main interest points in the city.
Breakfast could start a bit earlier. We had a mid-morning flight to catch and couldn’t properly enjoy breakfast.
