The concierge booked us a tour in Belem monastery with an audio booking which didn't actually work. Raised with the hotel as feedback. No offer was made for the inconvenience. It wasn't too much but a free drink at the bar would have been a welcome gesture.

The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly with very good knowledge
We had to request repair of a light in the bathroom 4 times over 3 days. Staff seem unengaged and not overly friendly. Rooms are quite small and those facing the front of hotel can be very noisy in the early morning traffic. It’s on a very busy road. Perhaps triple glazing the windows?

Very calm atmosphere. Which I find important. This hotel gave friendly and smooth service.
If I have to mention just one thing: the buttons on the side of the bed to control the lights and curtains where a bit complicated.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. The spa facilities were a highlight, featuring a beautifully designed and calming atmosphere. It is well equipped with a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, providing a relaxing experience. The spa staff were particularly friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall positive impression.
The pool itself is undersized, and the surrounding deck accommodates too few loungers for the hotel’s capacity. The space feels congested, detracting from any sense of relaxation. Front-desk hospitality needs improvement. My request for a late check-out (2 p.m.)—a courtesy routinely granted at comparable hotels—was declined on the grounds that the property was fully booked. An online availability check immediately afterwards showed multiple rooms still vacant, suggesting a disappointing lack of flexibility and transparency. Additionally, three separate calls to Reception went unanswered. At check-in, staff did not explain where facilities were located or how to access them, despite the fact that not all elevators serve every floor. Clearer guidance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The property is clean and in a great location. The pool and its rooftop view is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Great experience overall. I ended up canceling another reservation and coming back to this location for my last day in Lisbon.
