Our stay at the EPIC SANA Marquês in Lisbon was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful hotel, elegant atmosphere, and warm, welcoming service. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Lisbon and enjoy the city’s many attractions. Our room was comfortable, modern, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Honestly, everything met our expectations. There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel are staff.

They were so welcoming and I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The hotel is enormous with the lobby having beautiful design. The rooftop pool/bar has a spectacular view of the city. Easy location for cabs and the breakfast area is unbelievably huge with offerings beyond imagination.
The Allora restaurant is gorgeous but they are a little too impressed with themselves. I have a food allergy and I'm not sure that translated well for me. The menu is very nice in a great atmosphere. A bit spendy for the quality/quantity.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way.
To begin with, the location is a short walk from train stations, which will take you to most destinations a tourist would want to see. While we didn't use them, both regular buses and hop-on/hop-off tour buses are within a few minutes' walk as well. It is a slightly further walk or train from a mall with a fairly large grocery store if you have random needs like forgetting an outlet converter or socks, or just want to try some random products.
The free-to-access steam room, dry sauna, and indoor pool were an excellent way to end long days although they closed at 9pm which was a little early. The room's tub was also great after a long day in Sintra, as a taller man, it is a treat to actually fit in a tub with ease.
The hotel was kind enough to provide champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries with an assortment of other berries on the plate as well since we informed them this was an anniversary trip.
A small annoyance, but the maids kept removing our key card from the power slot and then taking it as well. We ended up going through 6 key cards. I will say the staff did bring additional ones to our room on request, which made this less of an issue.

The location was perfect, close to everything. The housekeeping staff were amazing, and the rooms were always clean and tidy.
After booking, the hotel informed me that we had received an upgrade and that our rooms would have a castle view and be located next to each other. Unfortunately, none of this happened.
The rooms were also quite small.

Very high quality hotel in a very good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Italian Restaurant was amazing. They also provide nice connected rooms for families. Definitely worth to stay.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location. 10/10 experience all the staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, Didn't use all the amenities because of time but such a great experience hope to come back soon. the room was beautiful and they left us small gift every night which was so thoughtful.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained and has everything you could ask for. The staff is top notch - professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive! Our room was large, clean and well maintained and the layout perfect for us! Appreciated the little amenities such as slippers and a bathrobe. Housekeeping was on top of everything and our room was clean and well taken care of. We made use of the pool, spa, restaurant, and bar and were very happy with each experience. The food in both the bar and restaurant is exceptional! My spouse booked a message in the spa and was very happy with the experience. I dare you to find a larger and more diverse breakfast buffet in Lisbon - it was astounding and the service exceptional.
Some people may not like the fact that the property is not located near old Lisbon but, the metro is only a few steps away and getting to old Lisbon is an easy short metro ride.
