Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, without being the hustle of the main tourist areas, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were also particularly impressed by the cleanliness of both the rooms and the wider hotel facilities, which were consistently maintained to a very high standard throughout our visit.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. One area that could be improved is the management of the pool area. It was quite common for guests to reserve sunbeds for long periods without using them, making it difficult for others to find a place to sit. While there is signage in place, it would be great to see the policy more actively enforced by staff, particularly during busy periods and given the limited space available around the pool. The only other point I'd mention is the cost of parking. At €25 per day, the charge feels a little high, particularly for guests using a rental car, as it is almost equivalent to the daily rental cost itself. A more moderate rate would make the overall guest experience even better.

Spa treatment - Massage and facial, very good! 6. Conceige service - Excellent 7. Great location, near designer shops and excellent restuarants. Also supermarket literally at the back of the hotel. 8. Absolutely LOVED, Breakfast and Friends brunch spot in the hotel. Would recommend.
1. Small rooftop pool, very busy all the time and not enough sunbeds. Didnt get a chance to use at all during my stay. Disappointed. 2. Used spa facilities sauna/ steam room which was good but the hydra poo/ jacuzzi was too cold and should be warmer. Complimentary fruit, water and nuts was a nice touch.

EPIC SANA Marquês truly exceeded my expectations. My sister and I stayed here after spending time in the Algarve so we could explore Lisbon, and the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel is modern, chic, and beautifully designed. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff, they were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while traveling, with an amazing variety of fresh, high-quality options. We also loved the live music in the lobby each evening, which created such a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. This hotel truly made our Lisbon experience unforgettable.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

the people and the service, exceptional. the staff is super nice and very helpful. the room is big, the bed comfortable, the port and pastries welcome- very nice and much appreciated, the mirror/tv combo- intriguing. The breakfast is great and the location excellent- we walked all the way to old Lisbon and got a taxi back. It looks like a long walk- but this is comfortable and lovely walk. If I ever return to Lisbon, I will return to EPIC SANA.

Great location, we were upgraded to a room on the higher floor which was lovely. Sandra at reception deserves a special mention as she organised for some chocolates and wine to be delivered to our room as we were celebrating. All the staff were helpful. Guest/Room service were attentive and efficient. The breakfast is excellent. The Techynogym is excellent and stylish. The indoor steam room and sauna are good but the in door pool really needs to much warmer. The location is perfect and only a 15 stroll down to the old town via a high end street and boulevard
The out door pool area is too small for a newish hotel of this size. There should also be some active management of the limited sun loungers.
