Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location. 10/10 experience all the staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, Didn't use all the amenities because of time but such a great experience hope to come back soon. the room was beautiful and they left us small gift every night which was so thoughtful.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained and has everything you could ask for. The staff is top notch - professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive! Our room was large, clean and well maintained and the layout perfect for us! Appreciated the little amenities such as slippers and a bathrobe. Housekeeping was on top of everything and our room was clean and well taken care of. We made use of the pool, spa, restaurant, and bar and were very happy with each experience. The food in both the bar and restaurant is exceptional! My spouse booked a message in the spa and was very happy with the experience. I dare you to find a larger and more diverse breakfast buffet in Lisbon - it was astounding and the service exceptional.
Some people may not like the fact that the property is not located near old Lisbon but, the metro is only a few steps away and getting to old Lisbon is an easy short metro ride.

Room was spacious and exceptionally clean, breakfast was a vast choice catering for all dietary requirements & lots of fresh options for both hot & cold. The rooftop pool was an oasis of calm, fantastic views & comfortable loungers.
A short walk to the centre of Lisbon and all the main attractions, close to picturesque parks. All the staff in all departments were beyond excellent & nothing was an issue, it was a very special experience.

The property is excellently located, at walking distance to many central points and to the historic center, and just a few meters from Avenida de Liberdade. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms are very nice and clean, with great shower head. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The Italian restaurant Allora is excellent and delicious! The attention of the staff was superb, especially Carolina. She helped us make reservations at restaurants and also planned a last minute tour for us to Sintra. We really appreciated her help and efficiency. We highly recommend this hotel.
The two elevators are very slow.

The hotel itself is very grand and spacious. The suites were absolutely huge and the entire hotel is very modern and well decorated and maintained
Its hard to choose something I don’t like, but probably theelevators could have been better. They were taking so long everytime we used them.

the people and the service, exceptional. the staff is super nice and very helpful. the room is big, the bed comfortable, the port and pastries welcome- very nice and much appreciated, the mirror/tv combo- intriguing. The breakfast is great and the location excellent- we walked all the way to old Lisbon and got a taxi back. It looks like a long walk- but this is comfortable and lovely walk. If I ever return to Lisbon, I will return to EPIC SANA.

EPIC SANA Marquês truly exceeded my expectations. My sister and I stayed here after spending time in the Algarve so we could explore Lisbon, and the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel is modern, chic, and beautifully designed. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff, they were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while traveling, with an amazing variety of fresh, high-quality options. We also loved the live music in the lobby each evening, which created such a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. This hotel truly made our Lisbon experience unforgettable.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

The aesthetics of the hotel
The checking in process. The hotel was very busy and I don’t think the kept tracked of the people who were waiting for rooms. I had to constantly come to the desk as people who traveled to the same event and came after me had gotten rooms right away.
