Excellent team, service, pool and overall experience. We told them in advance that we are in Lisbon to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. It’s a great hotel with great amenities!

Good location in town. Easy to get to from the Airport by taxi. Well received by reception staff. Nice upper floor room looking over town at rear of hotel, as requested. Nice pool on the roof, though it got crowded by mid-afternoon. Good breakfast buffet, and a nice dinner at Allora. Good conversation with Duty manager Clara during the solstice viewing on the roof. Also with Miguel at Allora.
Slow main lifts. Pool was a bit cool in the mornings, but not busy then.

The rooms were a great size and the hotel was immaculate and clean. We also loved the rooftop pool, it was a great size and there were plenty of chairs for all guests.
The prices of the drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive compared to other places
