The staff is just incredible. Love the friendly vibe in the hotel. The beds are comfortable, excellent sound insulation and a magical breakfast! Spa area is lovely. The gym is ok (basic essentials), but not a full size gym.
We booked an upgraded room, but still got a room facing the busy street. Just on the other side the rooms had a stunning view towards the river.

New carpets were being put down right outside the door of our hotel.. having to step over tools shouldn’t happen in a 5 * hotel Woke up at 8am with banging outside the door with workmen

Amazing staff and very caring. We were travelling with an 18 month infant and they really looked after us by accommodating us for an early check in. Very good location and central.

Personel and great atmosphere! Amazing hotel so we will come back again. Outstanding breakfast
A minor thing, but when we were leaving, the breakfast was served since 7 am. When asked for the box to take away, it didn’t represent the level we experienced during our stay. Nothing bad, just hoped for another great surprise
