Very Good
one man in reception (Grey hair). He is not new in the reception, he was in the hotel last year. We asked him for a letter that shays that me and my wife were in the Hotel for the period we stayed with NIF numbgers. Last year, he did, this year , she said that you do not need it because it is on the invoice. The invoice only allows one name, the name you used for reservation. He was rude when we were communicating .Probably he is sick and tiered from foreiners

We loved out time at PIC SANA Marquês. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is perfect (we went for Christmas and we were a block away form the main Christmas market), the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. We went to the spa almost everyday when there was space, and we really enjoyed it. We had dinner at the restaurant twice (the pasta was really good!) and booked for a couple's massage (10/10). The room was very comfortable and the view was stunning!

Location, staff, rooms and decor. The service was fantastic and the staff are always available to help. We were very impressed. Pool on the roof is beautiful. They provided a bottle of champagne for my fiancées birthday and we didn’t ask, very nice touch really appreciate it

The property is very nice and has great amenities. The room is like a smart room with everything being operated electronically. The heated pool, steam room, and sauna were great and the gym as well. I loved the room and was very comfortable!
There were no major things that I didn’t enjoy. The shower knob in my room didn’t work initially the first day and had to be repaired. But, the hotel sent a plumber to resolve. Minor hiccup!

The service at the hotel was outstanding, particularly during breakfast. Despite the breakfast room being quite busy there was still space for everyone, and no pressure to leave quickly. The buffet was constantly restocked and the waiters were very fast with coffee and other drinks.
The hotel is in one of the busy arteries of Lisboa. If the room is facing the avenue and on a lower floor you can hear some of the traffic noise. It is what it is, and nothing on which the hotel has agency.
