An absolute gem in Lisbon. This hotel was a wonderful surprise for my sister’s birthday, and it made the celebration truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. The spa is outstanding ,a true moment of relaxation and luxury, with a calm and beautifully refined atmosphere. What touched us the most is that the team prepared a lovely surprise for my sister’s 40th birthday, which made the celebration even more memorable for both of us. And the breakfast was truly top tier — high-quality products, generous choices, and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, the hotel delivers a true luxury experience, elegant yet warm and personal. Between the exceptional service, the facilities, and the thoughtful touches, our stay was unforgettable. A place I would recommend without hesitation. Pure happiness. ✨

Excellent Service. Every team member went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast buffet. Good location about 30 minutes walk to historic distirct.

Hotel staff were consistently highly professional, engaging, diligent, and very caring. We arrived at 10am to drop bags and checkin, with no expectation of room being available, but it was and we were quickly given a room key. We received helpful area guidance from the Concierge. Later we enjoyed lite bite dinner & drinks in the lobby bar. Breakfast the following morning was exceptional, one of the best-presented we have ever experienced. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
