The room was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The sliding mirror to reveal the bathroom was a great feature.

The room was very nice and modern, decent size The location is good, not the most central but still walkable Breakfast was ok but a bit too crowded Friendly staff
Very slow valet service (even though parking is not free), we had to leave our car on the sidewalk and watch it for 30 minutes (cause it was blocking the pedestrian path but there was nowhere else to park) before it was parked SPA is very small for such a huge hotel and not well maintained (the steam room had a leaking water faucet and the tables were dirty, the pool was not very clean either)

I liked the clean room and beds were comfortable, breakfast and dinner were also so good, the pool was also perfect and i love it so much
I liked everything but there is just one little thing that kids can’t be in inside doors pool no longer after 1pm

The staff is just incredible. Love the friendly vibe in the hotel. The beds are comfortable, excellent sound insulation and a magical breakfast! Spa area is lovely. The gym is ok (basic essentials), but not a full size gym.
We booked an upgraded room, but still got a room facing the busy street. Just on the other side the rooms had a stunning view towards the river.
