Stunning hotel. It was very busy when we got there in peak season so was very expensive compared to last time, we stayed in the junior suite. We got a bit unlucky though and there wasn't that much light coming in our room early on in the day, last time we stayed in the premium suite and there was much more. This is just a really solid hotel, spa and gym is 10/10, breakfast solid, rooms very soft and quiet, slept like a baby, pillows and mattress S-tier, and this is high praise coming from me. Location is 10/10, Lisbon is wonderful
One of the lifts was broken and it took us 30 mins to get to the gym one day, you can only go there using one set of lifts which gets stuck around breakfast. They fixed it the next day, and you can use many other lifts if you dont want to goto gym/spa. The top pool was also packed and we couldn't enjoy it this time around. They have these weird unlabelled lightswitches in the room, you can only turn on/off the lights by trying every imaginable combination of buttons.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained and has everything you could ask for. The staff is top notch - professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive! Our room was large, clean and well maintained and the layout perfect for us! Appreciated the little amenities such as slippers and a bathrobe. Housekeeping was on top of everything and our room was clean and well taken care of. We made use of the pool, spa, restaurant, and bar and were very happy with each experience. The food in both the bar and restaurant is exceptional! My spouse booked a message in the spa and was very happy with the experience. I dare you to find a larger and more diverse breakfast buffet in Lisbon - it was astounding and the service exceptional.
Some people may not like the fact that the property is not located near old Lisbon but, the metro is only a few steps away and getting to old Lisbon is an easy short metro ride.

From the friendly welcome by the staff on the door, to the reception team fantastic start as soon as you walked into the hotel! Incredibly stylish, modern and classy rooms, wonderful gym and 2 pools (the pool overlooking the city was insane) and just an all round amazing hotel. A metro stop also 5 minute walk away to get around the city was ideal too

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel. We came for our ten year anniversary and it made our trip so special. Everything from the wonderful staff, the incredible breakfast and the gorgeous rooms exceeded our expectations in every single way. We were so well looked after and it felt like a proper HOLIDAY!

Room was spacious and exceptionally clean, breakfast was a vast choice catering for all dietary requirements & lots of fresh options for both hot & cold. The rooftop pool was an oasis of calm, fantastic views & comfortable loungers. A short walk to the centre of Lisbon and all the main attractions, close to picturesque parks. All the staff in all departments were beyond excellent & nothing was an issue, it was a very special experience.
