Everything was beyond exceptional. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Amazing and welcoming staff, incredible spa, fantastic rooftop pool and 360° views of the city. We also greatly enjoyed the bar area and the restaurant. Very much impressed and cannot wait to return.

The customer service we received from Raul and his colleagues was absolutely wonderful. On learning it was our honeymoon, he very generously upgraded our room and sent us a beautiful welcome gift. We loved our stay, the room and facilities were excellent, and the experience with Raul and other staff was second to none.

Located in a central area that isn’t too crowded, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere with a mix of antique charm and modern design. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was kept extremely clean with daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a great variety, and the freshly made omelets were delicious. The pastéis de nata were so good that I didn’t feel the need to try them elsewhere—I really enjoyed them throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. Both swimming pools are amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.
The only downside was that the lower pool is only accessible for kids until 1 PM. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere beforehand, and we feel this is important information for guests to know in advance. The breakfast area can get quite busy, but after we mentioned this, the staff always made an effort to find us a quieter spot, which we really appreciated.
