Amazing place, got a free upgrade to the suite on the 10th floor, amazing room with nice amenities and balcony with view over the city. Hotel staff was extremely friendly! 10/10 recommend

Design, attitude, value for money: very stylish and cozy place! The shower is great. The facilities in the room are also good. The personnel did their best to be helpful and attentive
You have to pay for another few coffee capsulas you have un your room. The view could have been better. The glass door & walls in the toilet.

The location is pretty good. It's nice and peaceful, with restaurants within walking distance, although you'll need a cab to get to the center. The hotel is visually nicely designed. The room feels new, and it was very clean and quiet.
The room is pretty small - the photos attempt to hide this. The real problem is not the size as much as the lack of functional design: there is almost no storage space, no wardrobe, no shelf, only 3 hangers. It's pretty silly not to have any place to hold clothes but the chair. Might be okay for short stays, but it was inconvenient for us.
The glass bathroom is an echo chamber loudly amplifying any noise you make inside. Funny but also not great design.
The window can not be opened. You only have the AC system. The room felt humid and stuffy for the entire stay, but I guess Lisbon is humid in general.
Another thing that put us off: there's a nespresso machine, but only the first 3 capsules of the stay are complimentary, and the next 3 cost like 1.5eur or so. Not a big deal, just a bad vibe considering we paid like a thousand euros for the room, and these are generally refilled for free in most places. Also pretty weird to risk leaving a bad impression for something that will earn the hotel so little money.

The property is new and modern and had a wonderful vibe. Loved the decor, the bar, the restaurant - could not fault it! The staff are absolutely amazing - so kind and friendly. Big shout out to Andre at the bar - he was so lovely and made amazing cocktails. The rooms were clean and modern. The food was 10 out of 10. The location was central. I highly recommend and will be coming back whenever I'm in Lisbon!

We didn't realise that the bathroom and toilet was with glass doors. For some people, it's uncomfortable.

Staff were exceptional, the room was different and contemporary but very comfortable. Location was reasonable, but difficult to locate, the taxi dropped me at the other Valbom. Make sure you know exactly which Valbom you're going to, cos, the taxi drivers can get very confused!

Beautiful rooms - very thoughtful layout and design. Super comfy bed and lovely staff available 24/7 makes it feel very safe.
It is a little far to the main parts of Lisbon however if you don’t mind a 10 min walk the metro is amazing and easy to use! However this meant it was in a quiet and calm area away from the busy parts.
