Breakfast options were delicious. Very impressed with the bar service. Adrian provided us with excellent cocktails and places to visit around Lisbon.

Room was delightfully efficient, and exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly helpful. Food preparation was 'first class' among my many travels. Overall, an superb experience!

Really nice staff welcome. I requested a high floor which I got. Rooms are modern but comfortable. Shower really good. Tea and Coffee facilities excellent. Really nice compact gym.
Tea and Coffee facilities are fixed and will date badly. Bidet shower tap next to WC water supply turned of. Roof terrace was having some noisy drilling and welding done but maintenance can't be helped.

I was genuinely looking forward to this stay and chose this hotel specifically because it advertised itself as pet-friendly with great facilities. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. Misleading “Pet-Friendly” Policy & Unexpected Charges I was aware of the €30/day fee for my tiny dog and was ready for that. However, only upon arrival was I informed about an additional pet deposit. So the €150 I paid for her stay was not enough — I was required to pay extra on the spot. This should be clearly communicated before booking, not at check-in. Policies Not Respected or Consistent With What I Signed The document I signed stated that pets are not allowed in food and drinks areas unless guide dogs, and must be kept on a lead in public hotel areas, including gardens. Logically, this means pets are allowed in non-F&B spaces such as gardens and rooftop (as long as on a lead). Only after signing was I told my dog could basically only stay in my room. Staff didn’t seem to know the policies themselves. Rooftop Access – Main Reason I Booked – Completely Useless I booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop to enjoy the experience with my dog. Upon check-in I found out pets are not allowed there. Then, even without the dog, the rooftop remained closed during the entire stay “due to weather,” despite several days being perfectly fine. This should be clearly communicated before booking, not discovered on arrival. Poor Pet Amenities & Inconvenient Room Setup I was told there would be “pet items” in the room. This turned out to be two oversized bowls (not needed and impractical for a tiny dog) and a very large dog bed pillow that took up a lot of space and my dog could not use. I had to request it to be removed. Room Maintenance Issues The fridge in the room didn’t work at all. I had prepared home-cooked meals for my dog before travelling, stored them immediately upon arrival, and found them spoiled and smelly.

Lovely hotel, very modern- rooms really nice and comfortable
It’s slightly out of the city centre however it was only a few euros to get an Uber into the centre
