Room was very comfortable and clean. Bar area was very funky and relaxed atmosphere. we only figured out the rooftop bar area after our 2nd day and then it was closed when we thought we would go have a look.
As a Celiac the breakfast choice was not huge but it was manageable. they did have GF beer in the bar which is more than i can cay for every other single place we went to in Lisbon. Lighting in the room was tricky to control from the bedside controls but that's the only thing i would really say was something we didnt like - to be honest we ended up laughing at the controls in the end they were so tricky !!

Great location, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.
Room designed to be 'cool' but not practical. Shower and toilet in room behind glass screen, basin in the room, so limited privacy. Huge lamp on 1 bedside table means little space to use the table. Tiny cupboard for hanging clothes. Booking.com refers to outdoor swimming pool. This is misleading as pool is very small and for cooling off not swimming.

Down a quiet side street. Seemed brand new.
Pool and roof top patio were closed at 8:00. It was the reason we booked hotel, and weren’t able to use. The bathroom was a glass room inside the room. No privacy. Couldn’t use restaurant as there was a very loud private function going on when we arrived.

Very friendly staff. Rooms seemed new and thoroughly cleaned. Automatic window blinds were something unexpected.

Roof terrace, breakfast selection, nice room, comfortable, good location. Good restaurants in walking distance.
Toilet in the room has a see through glass door, even as a couple you need some privacy. The lady at the breakfast was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and kept telling us what to do and what not to do. We felt very unwelcome and unwanted. She should definitely change her attitude and get a workshop on how to treat guests.

The breakfast was excellent. The only reason I gave a low score in the "Staff" category is because of one incident: I sat at a table and asked for it to be cleaned, but I felt that my request was intentionally ignored, and I had to look for another seats. That was unpleasant. Another point we didn’t quite understand when booking: the bathroom and toilet are not separated by a proper wall and door — only by almost transparent glass walls and a door. This isn’t a problem if you're staying alone, but it can be quite uncomfortable otherwise. Apart from that, everything else was wonderful.

We loved our stay at EVOLUTION Valbom. The rooms were not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable, everything felt fresh, modern, and well thought-out. Breakfast was delicious, with a generous and varied selection to start the day right. The building itself really stands out, especially the rooftop bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with great music, stylish ambiance, and some of the best cocktails we had in Lisbon. Every detail felt curated to create a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere.
Honestly, nothing major. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. If we had to give one small piece of feedback, it would be nice to have a bit more closet or drawer space in the room for longer stays, but that’s just a tiny detail and didn’t affect our experience at all.

Very clean and modern and the toiletries were all organic with no sulfates etc which is very with the times. Was very trendy decor and not noisy at all.
The bathroom isn’t functional in the night / not being able to turn on a light as the bathroom is part of the bedroom. The buttons to open and close the blinds and do the lights are too complicated and becomes a massive lucky dip. Needed a taxi to get to most places in town.
