Nice rooms
Location is not that central Staff could be more welcoming and friendly, there was no passion They only give you water upon check in and after that they don’t fill up, which I think is a lack of service looking at the rates they charge

This was a stunning hotel with a beautiful lounge area where we sat to enjoy a free welcome glass of wine. Breakfast was the best breakfast buffet we’ve seen or tasted. Staff were super attentive and Rita from the lobby team was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, sharing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and services. The location was perfect for us for a one night stay before a flight and was approximately a 20 minute walk to a central point in Lisbon to get the sightseeing bus. There were plenty of great places to eat nearby.
We weren’t keen on the modern en-suite bathroom style, as we felt there wasn’t enough privacy provided by the design. The lighting and air conditioning system in the room was a bit tricky to get used to, but perhaps younger guests would manage better.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and we were offered complimentary drinks voucher to enjoy on the rooftop on arrival.
The hotel is a little further out of the city centre. This worked fine for us but if it was your first trip to Lisbon you may look for somewhere more central, though Ubers are very cheap and there are restaurants and cafes nearby.

I had initially a problem with the room, the window was broken. After it could not be fixed, I was offered another similar room. This however took some arguing with the staff and some time. You would expect windows to be fixed prior to guest arrivals in a four stars hotel.

Everything was fine. Nice design conception of the whole hotel : lobby, rooms.
The price at the lobby bar for Johnny Walker whiskey: 15 euros for 1 shot is too much... Good design, but the furniture's functionality in the room is poor; there's not enough space. People 65+ could be confused by bathrooms with translucent doors.
