Location and the room was cleaned every day.
The noise from the staircase outside the door made it impossible to sleep. We had a room for 3 and was placed on the first floor. All the other rooms and reception is on the second floor so you hear everything and everyone as if they are standing in your room. They should have a sign at the door that says Please be considerate for your neighbors and other guests by keeping quiet when entering and leaving the hotel. We were exhausted by the time we left with no sleep.

Rooms were super clean, they are cleaned every day. Location was great, rather a quite area but still very close to the city.
There was no elevator in the building, and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel since there is no sign outside and it just looks like a normal apartment if you don't go to very close and see the name on the door.

The room was amazing, it was the perfect size for two people and we had a mini balcony which allowed us to see some of the city views. The location is pretty good but you either have to walk down/up a few steps or walk up a slight hill to get to the place. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely.
Beds were a tad hard but not too much of a big deal. Also, you do share a bathroom with others which isn't a huge deal but may require some wait time.

This was the perfect landing place for a first-time visit to Lisbon. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very well located just off Liberdade Ave., providing easy walking access to the old city and popular neighbourhoods. Most of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to them!
