The location, friendly staff.
Very old place, smelled muggy and felt unclean and very dusty. Showers in washrooms lacked privacy.

Great location and very nice helpful happy staff. The breakfast was very good and the common areas welcoming.
The water saver showers were disappointing. It was hard to regulate water temps. It seemed to arbitrarily get warmer and colder during its long mites flow period.

Great location, although loud due to a festival in the park across the street.
Showers were not very warm or comfortable.water saver faucets made volume and temperature control ineffective.

Lovely staff and the rooms are well maintained.
The bathroom had 3 showers which one of them was out of service and most of the times there were no hot shower.

Smooth check-in..thanks to receptionist Pedro he helped me with his good hospitality. Breakfast is ok. Location is amazing everything is nearby on walking distance from public places to transport. Shared bathroom need continues cleaning.
Overall good experience with economical option as solo traveller in lisbon.
Bunk beds should have back support. But its fine for short stay.

The hostel has a great location in the Rossio neighborhood, close to the metro and train lines, allowing you to get around all of Lisbon. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
The room is very uncomfortable, it was very hot when I went, and the rooms do not have air conditioning. The rooms face the street and downstairs there are a number of bars, so it ends up being very noisy. Since you have to keep the window open due to the lack of air conditioning, it got a bit worse, and with the window open, the room becomes extremely bright at night when trying to sleep. We tried closing the window, but the room felt like a sauna.The bathroom looks like it is still under construction, and the toilet seat is very worn. I think they should improve the bathrooms as well.When leaving or entering the hostel, several people stop you and offer drugs, which creates a sense of insecurity.

The room with a private bath and the view of St Jorge Castle was the highlight of our room!. The size of our room was good. The staff were.really very.friendly and helpful..
There was no lift! So it was a daily work out to walk up at the end of each day after going up and down the streets of Lisbon.

Location is very strategic but the downside is it can be noisy even late night until the morning. I love the free breakfast though. There’s egg, pancakes, toast, cereals, oatmeal, tea, coffee, juice, milk, spreads, cheese, and etc. There’s no lift although the staff helped me with my luggage. The upper bunk bed is not easy to climb but I love that the key card is the same to your own locker. Location is very strategic but the downside is it can be noisy even late night until the morning. Wonderful
Excellent location and value for the money. Breakfast with crepes and omelet is brilliant.
Some fixtures in the bathroom were wobbly. You can make things work, though.
