Location, appearance and cleanliness The garden area where optional breakfast is available is very nice.
Small shower area might be a challenge for very tall and larger framed persons.

Perfect location, staff friendly and willing to give tips. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
I dont recommend the tour for Sintra, Cascais, Cabo da Roca, because you really do not have enough time to enjoy. We stayed in Cascais less than an hour, and tour was shortened because of one person who decided to go and visit everything on the day when had a flight, so we all had to go to the airport by 17h because of that person. This is not how you organize a trip for several people. I paid Uber from Sintra to the hotel 20 euros, so I recommend to go independently.

It was centrally located for major sites and restaurants Easy to walk to many sites and metro right around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful They upgraded our room which was really nice.

Located very centrally, easy walking to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. Loved the breakfast available. The lounge is very comfortable. Our deluxe double room was spacious with a loft bedroom, very comfortable King bed and bright sitting area with sink/bar/fridge. We stayed here at the start and end of our travels. Very happy.

The location is fantastic - there are two metro stations nearby - blue and green lines, and the train station for Sintra is very close, and the Gloria funicular behind it. Nearby is the bus stop for the castle of St. George. The room was quiet, facing the courtyard, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is extra and was sufficient.

Location
The HVAC shuts down repeatedly by design. You have to get up multiple times a night and turn it back on to maintain the temperature constant.
On a busy side street with lots of noise all night so you cant keep the windows open.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was close to metro, restaurants and downtown. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely would stay there again.

The location is perfect. Restaurants just in front of the entrance door, walking distance to main places. Taxis access, shopping stores, groceries stores, train stations, like 2 minuts of liberdade st, is right in the center of Baixa. Breakfast is really good and the room was really comfy and quiet all night, windows and door are sound proof. Nice view from balcony. Reception staff are very helpfull.
