Disappointing
Location is good but be very careful at night walking in the area.
Single beds were like sleeping on a hard backed book and pillows too soft.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Just the perfect spot - close to all the important Lisbon historical landmarks/hotspots yet tucked away in a quiet alley away from the busier noises of downtown Lisbon. Breakfast was phenomenal as well & reasonably priced. In fact, their always hot Pastel de Nata is surprisingly one of the BEST I've tasted all week!!! The room itself was great as well. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I accidentally left my important U.S. documents plus some Euros & American dollars sitting on my table for the day - and the maid never stole any of it. I truly appreciate that so much that I actually tipped her for that effort - and for keeping my room so clean all week.
By no means it's Rossio Garden Hotel's fault, but the new hotel that's across the street is still under construction. All that banging noises make eating outside (at the nearby restaurants) hard to enjoy; however, it's only limited during daytime hours. It should be ending soon - perhaps by early Spring 2026(?). Okay, there's one thing that could be improved, but it's not critical by any means. The TV in my hotel room is old & outdated and navigating through channels & languages could be improved.

One little comment: they provided in the room kettle, sugar, coffee and tea but failed to provide creamer for coffee. That was a bummer. And when asked about it at the front desk, we were referred to the breakfast area to purchase coffee from a machine which I am not sure we could use outside of breakfast hours.......the whole point for us to use it and have coffee in our room before breakfast hours......

Location for the most part
The most nasty and rude front desk employee (CLAUDIA) you can encounter in your life traveling experience! Obviously lack of management on educating she treating and respecting the customers who pays her salary and keep this business running. If you care about customer service and well treat on your stay I do not recommend this property at all. Save your money and mind peace and give it to someone who deserves it better!!!

LOCATION! Easy to get to from the airport, excellent walking location to see the sights, activities and restaurants in Lisbon. All the tours we booked had a meeting point at Rossio square which is a short walk from the hotel.
Great staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast area. Great coffee shops around the corner, the Bonjardim restaurant is around the corner too, with great atmosphere and the best Portuguese chicken around.
Honestly, the only thing was that the TV was not Smart, and I couldn’t cast or airplay to it.
