Wonderful
The hotel is located in the heart of bustling Lisbon, with major attractions, shopping streets, and key landmarks all within easy walking distance. Visiting during the Christmas season was an added advantage, as the festive markets were just a short stroll away.
The room itself was spacious for a single traveller or couple, offering good amenities and a comfortable layout. Cleanliness was consistently maintained, from the room to the bed, linens, and overall upkeep, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable.
Breakfast could have offered a broader selection, and while I suppose it was acceptable for the price, the coffee definitely could have been better.

It's great that it's in the center, but the street it's on is occupied by strange existences. But the hotel can't be held responsible for that.

The staff were friendly. Close to train station. Is in Rossio Square.
While it is in or near Rossio Square, it’s in an area where it didn’t feel safe. In order to get a taxi or get dropped off you’d have to walk some hundred feet.
Stayed only one night. The room seemed clean. The bathroom slightly smelled like poop upon arrival (went away after using the shower). Shower floor was soft (not installed properly?) and slippery.
We were on the 4th floor. Could hear when next room was showering. Loud foot steps from floor above.
Toiletries were provided but did not use as they seemed low quality.
We also got a crib in our room after communicating to them via Booking.com we wouldn’t need one.

The location, overal the hotel was well maintained
There was an really awfull smell coming out of the barhroom, but really really bad and it was not possible to get rid of it, we asked in the middle od the night for change of the room, but we were told the hotel was full, the other night nothing happened, no one from the staff approached us. So for not sure do not ever take room 206, real smell hell. This is my first negative review ever.

Disappointing
Comfortable bed, good location
Not spacious, tiny bathroom with limited counter space.
Found a hair in the bathroom. We saw “parking” in the amenities but apparently we didnt read the small letters of how the parking costs 30€ per 24h and is a five minute walk from the hotel, which made our trip less pleasant as we had a lot of stuff to carry.
