Central, kind staff
It wasn't as neat as on pictures. Hallways smelly though rooms and toilets were very clean. Found it especially frustrating that they dont have a luggage room, and you need to pay for every extra hour for a small bag. Such a junk money grab for such a pricey place, not inviting at all

We loved the location. It felt close to everything. We also liked the relaxed vibe of TCH, staff were friendly especially Lily who greeted us so warmly.
We would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the lobby in case we wanted to make a hot drink. We also felt luggage storage should have been free especially after paying to stay in the twin room.

I had a fantastic stay at Central House Lisboa Baixa Hostel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was generous and delicious—perfect to start the day. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommend.
The only downside was that the blow-dryer in my suite wasn’t working, and the front desk did not have a backup I could use.
