Very convenient location, wifi was good, soundproof from outside/hallway noises, as well as plenty of space for your belongings in the room and locker. I appreciated the vanity table in the women's dorm to do makeup or skincare.
There was mold on the ceiling above the top bunk I was assigned and the soap in the washroom was dirty with unidentifiable gunk. The bed and pillow were not that comfortable but I managed.

Really nice hostel and amazing value of the quality. Big room with a big bathroom, curtains and a little desk with extra storage for coats and jackets. Common area with lots of seating and a good internet. I was working. Very central location, can't be more central close to everything
No kitchen in the hostel I think is the only downside. Cleaning ladies were having very heated discussions in the common areas where people are chilling or working or waiting for their rooms very loud.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. Clean, comfortable, elevator, key-card access to rooms, nice bathroom, heat(not everyplace has heat, and it's chilly in January)! Be sure and include breakfast with your stay; it's really nice, and an excellent value.

Should provide concierge service to guests instead of charging guests for luggage storage. This is definitely our first experience having to pay for luggage storage.

Excellent location, modern rooms and 4 person female room with our own bathroom and shower. I felt very secure and liked the room and privacy curtains.
Other women in the room didn’t understand the expectations. It would be helpful to give people a copy of courtesy etiquette in their own language. For instance some girls left all their personal products all over the bathroom and desk area. Also one woman got up at 5:30am to get a train ticket and made lots of noise. There are ways to be polite when sharing a room.

Location, location, location. Comfy bed and sufficiently satisfying breakfast, but it would be more ideal if some modifications can be made every other morning, and if a toaster oven can be provided to reheat the tart and croissants. I arrived at night. Appreciate if the website can provide easy direction instructions to your facility. For example: it is diagonal to Rossio station and a few blocks from United Benetton store, one street after Hotel Story, next to the Japanese ramen restaurant. Your place is located on the side street and there is no sign at all outside the premises. A 2-minute walk took me over half an hour to circle around the square.

The bed is clean and has its own light, has a under the bed drawer to put your stuff and safe granted you bring your own lock or you buy it from them for 6 euros.
